  • Damage to the vehicle will be chargeable by the driver.
  • Any changes to the itinerary, including route or schedule adjustments, may incur additional charges and must be confirmed with the team.
  • Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellations made 13 or more days before the tour date will receive a full refund, minus applicable bank charges.
  • For cancellations within 13 days of the tour date, or no-shows, the advance payment is non-refundable.

  • For unforeseen circumstances (for example, medical emergencies or travel disruptions), exceptions may be considered with proper documentation.
  • In an emergency such as a medical emergency (including Covid) or unavoidable travel disruption, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of documentation, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • The refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We had a wonderful holiday experience, and a big part of that credit goes to Chamodika, our travel planner. She helped us thoughtfully plan our itinerary, suggested excellent options, and was extremely proactive throughout. The itinerary was well planned and communicated well in advanced to the commuters and stays to avoid last minute confusion. There's nothing that we didn't like. The only thing some itirenararies planned couldn't be fulfilled but that's because of the rains. So, that was our luck.

What can I say about this trip. It was perfect. The places we visited, the hotels which were booked by the agency and the person who drove (Amila sir) for us was such an excellent person. If you are travelling alone he will ensure to keep you comfortable and at ease. The food arrangements as well as the room which was booked for us across 3 different locations were perfect .
