- Paris (CDG Airport) Arrival Transfer: Flights should land between 08:00 AM and 02:00 PM.
- Zurich (ZRH Airport) Departure Transfer: The coach will drop passengers at ZRH Airport by 11:00 AM.
- Please be aware that there may be a waiting period of up to 2 hours after arriving at the arrival hall for transfers.
- If your flight is outside the recommended times, you will need to arrange private transfers at your own cost. We will not reimburse any private transfer expenses.

- Children: Anyone under the age of 12 will be considered a child for the entire tour.
- Room Configuration: In triple rooms, most hotels provide rollaway beds, and the room size will typically be the same as a double room.
- Tour Operations: Tours will run according to government regulations.
- Local Taxes & Services: Local taxes, entrance fees, and services are based on rates as of October 1st, 2023. Any increases must be paid by the traveler or agent.
- Transfers & Sightseeing: All transfers and sightseeing (including entrance fees) will be conducted by air-conditioned coach.
- Eiffel Tower Alternative: In case of long queues at the Eiffel Tower, we may take you to Montparnasse Tower as an alternative.
- Luggage: We recommend carrying one check-in bag and one hand luggage per person due to limited space in the coach.
- Tour Manager: The services of a tour manager or local representatives will be available throughout the tour.
- Group Size: If your group is small, you may need to join another group.
- Initial Assistance: A local representative or coach driver will assist you at the beginning of your tour.
- Land Surcharges: Surcharges may apply on specific departure dates, and will be communicated to you.
- Alternate Sightseeing: If certain attractions are closed, we will provide alternative sightseeing options.
- Itinerary Adjustments: In certain cases, the tour itinerary may change, or operate in reverse. You will not miss any sightseeing, but your tour manager will inform you of any changes.
- Delayed Meals: If there are significant delays, a packed dinner may be provided.
- Final Details: Always confirm details with your Sales Representative.
- Tax Increases: Any increase in taxes in Europe may lead to a price adjustment, which will be justified.
- Additional Costs: Any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in travel schedules (such as flights, trains, or coaches) will be the responsibility of the passengers.
- Force Majeure: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen events like weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.
- Liability: We are not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents, delays, breakdowns, or irregularities due to events like weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other circumstances. All such costs must be borne by the passengers.
