Day 1 Arrival at Jammu – Transfer to Katra
- Upon arrival at Jammu Railway Station or Jammu Airport, our representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to Katra, the base town for the sacred Shri Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage.
- Enjoy the scenic drive towards Katra, surrounded by beautiful hills and the peaceful atmosphere of the region.

Day 2 Katra – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan
- After breakfast, prepare for your spiritual journey to the sacred Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, one of India's most revered pilgrimage destinations.
- The pilgrimage traditionally begins from the Banganga entry point near Katra.
- From there, devotees proceed towards the Bhawan, where the holy shrine is located.
- The main pilgrimage route is approximately 13 kilometers from Katra, and pilgrims can undertake the journey on foot or use available authorized transport and services, subject to current operating rules and availability.
- Important Pilgrimage Information:
- Yatra Registration: Obtain the required Yatra Registration Slip or authorized registration before beginning the pilgrimage.
- Darshan: Proceed towards the Bhawan for darshan, subject to crowd conditions and shrine administration procedures.

- Booking Confirmation

- Cancellation Charges
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the client, the following standard package cancellation schedule will apply, subject to the confirmed hotel, transport, and activity suppliers' cancellation conditions:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost.
- 8–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 4–7 days before arrival: 75% of the total package cost.
- Within 3 days of arrival or in case of no-show: Up to 100% of the total package cost.
- The final cancellation deduction will be calculated according to the disclosed package terms and applicable supplier charges.
- Where supplier cancellation charges exceed the standard schedule, the actual applicable charges will be communicated with a breakdown before the refund is finalized.
- Non-Refundable Bookings and Services
- Certain hotel offers, peak-season reservations, special room categories, prepaid activities, and other confirmed services may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation conditions.
- Any such condition will be disclosed to the client before the booking is confirmed.
- Amendments and Date Changes
- Requests to change travel dates, hotel categories, room configurations, or other package services are subject to availability.

- Early Departure or Unused Services
- No automatic refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transportation, or other services voluntarily missed by the client.
- Any refund or credit will depend on the supplier's written approval and the applicable booking terms.
- Weather Conditions, Road Closures, and Unforeseen Events
- If weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events affect the itinerary, the service provider will coordinate reasonable alternative arrangements wherever possible.
- Refunds for services that cannot be provided will be assessed according to the applicable supplier terms, the services actually delivered, and applicable law.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever practicable, generally within 7–14 working days after the final refund amount is confirmed by the relevant suppliers.
- If a supplier's refund is delayed, the client will be informed of the status and expected timeline.
- Cancellation by the Service Provider
- If the service provider cancels a confirmed service or cannot provide a promised service, the client will be informed and offered an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.
- Written Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel used for the booking.
- The effective cancellation date will be determined by the time the written request is received and acknowledged.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By confirming the package and making payment, the client acknowledges the cancellation and refund terms shared before booking confirmation.

You should be careful while booking rooms. Quantity of food in Houseboat should also be taken care. The car and the driver are good.

We group of 11-12 family with would like to thank Qurat for her professionalism and standing up in difficult situation with quick hotel change options in Pahalg (Read More)am.
We planned 7 nights and 8 days plan for Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam.
On way to Pahalgam one of the kid fell sick and Qurat has helped going out of the way in getting hospitals and support at hospital arranged.
We would highly recommend Odyssey travels with Mr. Mushtaq guidance the team has made our tour awesome and filled with good memories.
