- Have an early breakfast this morning and leave for the Shyam Valley Excursion.

- In any case of cancellation of booking, it must be communicated in advance to BVL in writing.
- Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation letter.
- The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms:
- Once the booking is made and the advance is paid, a minimum of 10% of the package cost will be deducted.
- If the service date is postponed or advanced more than 30 days prior, only 5% of the package cost will be deducted, and the cost for the desired date of service will be calculated based on the hotel and transportation costs for that particular time period.
- For cancellations made 30 days before the service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- For cancellations made between 29 days and 15 days before the service, 40% of the total cost will be deducted.
- For cancellations made between 14 days and 10 days before the service, 50% of the total cost will be deducted.
- For cancellations made between 9 days and 6 days before the service, 60% of the total cost will be deducted.
- For cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours before the service, 90% of the total cost will be deducted.
- For cancellations made between 48 hours and the day the service starts, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
- We still have to follow the guidelines and abide by the cancellation policy of the concerned hotel for your upcoming stay.
