  • Booking Policy
    • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
    • All bookings are subject to the availability of hotels, flights, transport, and other travel services.
    • Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
    • We reserves the right to revise the itinerary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Payment Policy
    • 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
    • 50% of the total amount must be paid 30 days before departure.
    • 100% payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure.
    • For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
    • International tours may require higher advance payments depending on airline, hotel, or visa policies.
    • Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
  • Pricing
    • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
    • Prices are based on prevailing airfares, hotel tariffs, exchange rates, and taxes.
    • Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, government levies, or supplier charges before departure shall be borne by the client.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Land Package
      • 45 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost.
      • 30–44 days before departure: 25%.
      • 15–29 days before departure: 50%.
      • 8–14 days before departure: 75%.
      • Within 7 days or No Show: 100% cancellation charges.
    • Flight Tickets
      • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per airline rules, along with applicable service charges.
    • Visa Fees
      • Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
