Terms and Conditions

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 1400 Hrs, and check-out time is 1200 Hrs.
• Hotel Rates: Rates are calculated based on the hotels mentioned in the itinerary. If any of the hotels are fully booked, we will not change the hotels or the tour plan without your permission. We will seek the next best available option in the same category.
• Hotel Quality: We have a professional mechanism for checking the quality of hotels. However, we recommend you visit the hotel websites, review features, and check locations to ensure they meet your expectations before confirming.
• Extra Charges During the Journey: If anyone asks for additional money for services included in the package, inform us. We will not be responsible if payments are made without our permission.
• Price Fluctuations: If prices fluctuate between payment confirmation and hotel booking, the traveler must bear the difference.
• Unforeseen Events: Arihant Skyways is not liable for cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling due to airline changes, climate conditions, natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, riots, government decisions, or other reasons.
• Late Payment Fee: Rs. 200/- per day for delayed payments.
• Changes in Travel Date/Hotel: Arihant Skyways holds the right to change the airline, travel date, or hotel prior to the tour. In such cases, alternate options will be advised.
• Room Sharing: For a third person sharing a room, an additional mattress or rollaway bed will be provided.
• Early Check-in/ Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability. If the flight is scheduled for later in the day, guests are advised to leave their luggage at the hotel after check-out.
• Itinerary Changes: The tour components may change due to unforeseen events. If changes occur on the ground, travelers must follow the updated itinerary.
• Child Policy: Children aged 12 and above will be considered adults.
• Government & Airline Taxes: The cost is based on current government and airline taxes. Any future increase in taxes will be collected as per the actual rates.
• Indian Nationals: The rates are valid only for Indian nationals.
• Ground Changes in Itinerary: If the itinerary changes on the ground, travelers must follow the on-ground itinerary.
• Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended. Arihant Skyways is not responsible for any claims arising during the trip.
• Entry Fees: Entry fees for monuments, sanctuaries, museums, etc., are included where applicable. Details will be provided in advance.
• In-Vehicle Audio/Video Systems: Audio and video systems are prohibited in commercial vehicles as per the law, and such facilities are not guaranteed.
• No Amendments or Cancellations for Running Packages: Amendments or cancellations are not accepted once the package has commenced.
• Airport Procedures: Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Food and beverages may be chargeable on some airlines. Reconfirm the departure terminal and flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Transfers & Sightseeing: Transfers and sightseeing tours will be provided as per the itinerary.
• Room Allocation: Room allocation (twin bed or double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel during check-in. Meals correspond to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival. Early check-in and late check-out payments must be settled directly with the hotel.
• Damage Liability: The hotel reserves the right to claim damages incurred by guests. Travelers are advised to take care of their belongings.
• Customization Fee: There will be a charge of Rs. 1,000/- for any package customization after confirmation.
• Final Itinerary: The final itinerary may differ from the quoted one, but the inclusions will remain the same.
• Extra Services: Guests must settle any additional services, not included in the package, directly with the hotel.
• Mini Bar: The mini bar facility in hotels is chargeable.
• Buffet Meals: Buffet meals, if included, will be served at a fixed venue as decided by the hotel. Guests must adhere to the following buffet meal timings:
• Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
• Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
• Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
• Once the buffet time is over, guests may be asked to pay for meals.
• Hotel Feedback: The hotels are suggested based on customer feedback. It is advised that you visit the hotel websites and read reviews before finalizing the tour with us.

Payment Policy

• 100% of the flight fares and 20% of the land package at the time of booking
• 1st Installment: 60% of the land package 45 days before Tour Departure
• Final Payment: 20% of the land package 30 days prior before Departing from India, After final payments we need 2-3 working days to process all travel vouchers.

• Airlines cancellation will be applicable as per the airline. A service charge of Rs.500 Per Person Per Sector will be applicable
•  With immediate effect after booking, if traveller wants to cancel the trip, then Arihant Tourist will charge Rs. 5,000/- Per Person as consultation/service charges.
•  If cancellation is made 45 days before departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
•  If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
•  If a cancellation is made 30 to 14 days before departure, 70% of the tour cost will be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
• In case passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
•  If Hotel, Flights or any booked services are Non-Refundable then above cancellation charges calculated rather than Non-Refundable services.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail at [email protected] and contact "Arihant Skyways’s" customer Service representative. To receive any refund, if applicable, that may be Due will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written Notice of cancellation. Traveller Substitutions Are Considered Reservation Cancellations and Are subject To Cancellation Fees and it should be issued in the form of Credit Note.
