Day 5 Hanoi - Halong Bay

07:00hrs - 07:45hrs: Morning breakfast at stayed hotel
08:15hrs - 08:30hrs: Hotel pick up with our Shuttle van. Short break half way
11:45 - 12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by tender of Halong bay cruises
12:45 - 13:00: Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction
13:00 - 13:15: A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
16:00: The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Ha Long Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
Back to Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) and the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.
Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retiring to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games.

Day 6 Halong Bay - Hanoi

6:00 - Enjoy sunrise and admire the never-ending miraculous scenery of the Bay.
6:30 - Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
7:15 - Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
9:15 - Back to our Cruise, relax before checking out.
10:00 - Brunch is served on board.
12:00 - Disembark at the Tuan Chau marina by tender.
Take our Shuttle van to return to Hanoi.
15:00 - Arrival back to Hanoi city & drop to Hanoi hotel

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, a cancellation fees will be applied.
The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive written notification from you and your cancellation will be subject to following terms of cancellation fees per booking:
More than 60 days before arrival in the country: No cancellation charge
Between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of total tour cost.
Between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of total tour cost
Between 10 and 14 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of total tour cost
Please note that some suppliers (hotels, cruise companies, airlines?) have cancellation policies that are different so, in certain cases, cancellation fee for certain services is (are) applied as soon as the booking is made.
You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

Claims and refunds of unused services

No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
For claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation.
Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Agency will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program.
