TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Rates may vary or changes depends on selections of hotel, final rates will be shared upon confirmations.
• All rooms are having small/large windows with No view/views depends on the hotels.
• Rates are inclusive of Breakfast at hotels & inclusive of VAT.
• Standard Check-in : 14:00hrs & Check-out : 12:00hrs.
• For guaranteed early check-in, room will be reserved the night before and charged at 100%
• Early check-in & Late check-out are subject to availability with additional charges.
• Room size mentioned or approximate, for actual room type details please refer respective hotel official websites.

Important Note:

• All payments are in USD, If payment transfer done to Indian account in INR then taxes applicable.
• Payment transfer to USD overseas account in USD then only Remittance fees applicable as per bank terms.
• Hotel Surcharge additional may applicable at the time of confirmation during High & Peak season travel period, once hotel selected we block rooms and provide details if surcharges applies.
• High season period : 11 January - 30 April & 16 September - 19 December
• Peak season period: 20 December - 10 January & Chinese New year in February.
• Low season period: 01 May - 15 September
• For Guaranteed early checkin in any hotels mentioned above charges of 01Night of room rent with breakfast is applicable extra. [Inform us during booking confirmation if required early checkin]
• 100% payment required during High & Peak season period to confirm the package.
• If visa need to be processed from our side, please find the attached tourist visa price and checklist declaration details for your reference.

HOTEL CHILD POLICY:

• Child below 05yrs with parent sharing bed no charges.
• CNB 05yrs - 10yrs with parent sharing bed - USD per child per night
• Extra Bed with breakfast USD Per head Per Night.

TRANSFERS CHILD POLICY: SIC transfers

• Child below 03yrs with parents sharing seat no charges.
• Child 03yrs - 08yrs with seat occupancy 75% of adult charges.
• Child 08yrs & above consider as adult & adult charges applicable.
• Sightseeing entry tickets charges applicable as per the child height [few attractions] - above 100m charges ticket charges applicable.

Cancellation

• If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, a cancellation fees will be applied.
• The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive written notification from you and your cancellation will be subject to following terms of cancellation fees per booking:
• More than 60 days before arrival in the country: No cancellation charge
• Between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of total tour cost.
• Between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of total tour cost
• Between 10 and 14 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of total tour cost
• Please note that some suppliers (hotels, cruise companies, airlines?) have cancellation policies that are different so, in certain cases, cancellation fee for certain services is (are) applied as soon as the booking is made.
• You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

Claims and refunds of unused services

• No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
• For claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation.
• Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Agency will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program.
