Was difficult communicating with the driver, language barrier, was not so understanding. Entrance fees to all sightseeing places is exorbitant and some places not worth it even for free. Driver should first inform and then only take us to the destination. Waste of time at many places. The restaurants we visited on the way for lunch were pathetic. Ella was waste of time and money. Hotels at Kandy (Read More)and Ella were pathetic.

The Guide cum driver Premarathna was very warm and friendly. Well maintained car. We didnt have to hurry through anywhere and remained relaxed throughout.
Since we had insisted upon vegetarian food, the hotels did manage their best to provide us something palatable to us throughout.
The morning breakfast tea at Bentota was the best ever we had in Sri Lanka
The Accommodation at Kandy was a huge letdown. A 20 year old building which was under renovation and the room had lizards moving around ! The courteouness of the staff was the saving grace there.
The Bentota resort though good had a lizard too in the room when we entered. fortunately the housekeeping staff removed it.

Good experience overall with the team of Aziz Travels.
The staff were courteous and hospitable. The guide cum driver Premarathna was more like a friend taking us around Sri Lanka and also joining us g (Read More)racefully for lunch and coffee wherever we stopped. He even got us King Coconut just after we left Colombo enroute to Kandy

Unforgettable Sri Lanka trip with Aziz Travels!
Our experience with Aziz Travels was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was so well organized, and we never had to worry about a single (Read More) thing. A special shoutout to Viraj, our driver and guide — such a humble, knowledgeable, and kind person. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, and his local insights made the trip even more special.
We explored places like sigiriya , Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa, and Bentota, and every destination was covered smoothly. The vehicle was clean and AC, hotels were well chosen, and timing was perfectly planned.
shali and his team were always available and responsive. They truly cared about our comfort and experience. Felt more like family than a tour operator.

From transportation to hotel bookings, Aziz Traveland handled everything seamlessly. Our driver, Mr. Pradeep, was exceptional – consistently punctual, courteous, and very professional in his dealings, making our journeys between destinations comfortable and stress-free.

The agents were humble and highly cooperative, always responding promptly whenever needed. I like their Smart and Adventurous Travel Itinery with nominal n genuine charges..they planned the itinery based on the likes of a person..also they provided very good and iconic Resort and Hotel accomodations,with amazing views, swimming pools and sceneries, which in itself is a point to experience n live....Then their driver was very coperative and the AC vehicle/car given was very comfortable n (Read More) new...Their driver was having a very good behaviour and was managing our ticket prices to every points and was helping us to pay less ticket charges..
Overall i had a very nice experience with Aziz Travels
Please create instruction pamphlet for Travel Ettiquettes and Discipline to follow for all travellers, during the journey, for a happy, healthy and peaceful journey..

Overall a good experience

We are glad we chose Aziz Travels. This being our 1st international trip with kids we had our doubts and fear. But Shali made sure he clarified all our doubts even before we left from India. In fact we paid our money to Aziz Travels only after landing in Sri Lanka.
We were greeted warmly by his manager Mohamed at the airport followed by his driver Prem anna. He was the best. 5 days with his drivi (Read More)ng made us feel safe..being in a new country and high altitude roads with on n off rains..his car was jus gliding thru..and we felt safe. He made sure we covered all places in the itemary..in fact showed some places out of itenary too.
Overall very happy with Aziz travels. Shali, I think you should start penetrating into other countries too.

Aziz Travel should visit/verify accommodation that they recommend, some of them are not good , the rooms are bad . The facilities are not satisfactory
Hotel in kandy,yala were not good . The trip could be more unidirectional and going criss cross could be avoided , it will bring down cost too

There were no mentions about whale and dolphin watching things, we thought driver will take us to the place we will just pay the charges, but before sometime only we got to know that we have to book that online or will need to go to some shop for this.

Trip to Sri lanka 6d/5n was very satisfying considering the packed itinerary which we designed & offered Aziz Travelland tours. Mohammed Shali, offered best rate for the trip in comparison to others. Hotels/Resorts were selected by us & he made the reservations without asking any advance. We paid in part on airport pick up &final payment done in last day stay at Colombo. They are therefore reli (Read More)able & trustworthy. They provided Sedan Toyota AC car for two of us customised trip.Driver Viraj was friendly, conversation in English was ready to click our photos too. well informed about places of visits like tooth relic temples, Ashok Vatika, sigiriya rock Kandy botanical gardens, lake boating rides, beach cruise, Village safari was exclusive, Enjoyed bullock cart ride & local village food.
Resort in nuwaraya eliya was difficult to locate also the same happened in galle, took away maximum time.however once we settled the resorts hospitality was perfect.

Chauffer, Mr Prem was a true gentleman, polite and had good sense of understanding things. He understood our situation really well and was cooperative through out the trip.
Hotels provided to us were good except the 1st day where they changed the hotel at the last moment
*Feedback for Mr. Shali:*
We experienced several issues with the itinerary planned by Mr. Shali. The daily travel time was excessive, often taking 3-4 hours, and on two occasions, we arrived at our hotel as late as 12 AM. Furthermore, Mr. Shali failed to provide adequate follow-up support throughout our trip.
Additionally, we encountered difficulties with the payment process due to incorrect (Read More) account details provided by Mr. Shali. This resulted in our payment being stuck, and we had to make an additional payment to resolve the issue.
*Feedback for Mr. N Hammad Ashroff:*
Unfortunately, our interactions with Mr. Ashroff were unsatisfactory. We found his communication style to be arrogant and loud, and he seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. When we brought the issue of incorrect account details to his attention, he was unwilling to acknowledge the mistake.
Moreover, both Mr. Shali and Mr. Ashroff threatened to cancel our trip if the payment was not credited, despite being aware that the issue was due to their error. We were forced to make an additional payment to avoid any disruptions to our trip.
My wife and I had a traumatic experience with Aziz Travelland Lanka tours, particularly with Mr. Mohammad Ashroff's aggressive behavior. His loud and intimidating demeanor reduced my wife to tears on multiple occasions, leaving us feeling vulnerable and unsupported in a foreign country.

Hi sir, i m sorry for this inconvenience, as per the records, you make too delay to make us pay by lying day by day, without paying no one will help to continue your tour, but we support you can guide (Read More) you to continue for 5days in last two days you says that you will pay but you didn't, till that you says you dont have money to pay, so our management raised a action for this so we collected the money from you, but till the end we provide you good service.

Good guide cum driver with good hotel to stay and itinerary are very good..After full day tour nice place to stay( good hotel ) with good view hotel

These people took are of 2 of us throughout our tour of 6 days and 5 nights. Had to reschedule our tour at the last minute and they willingly did so at no extra cost. One person from the office came t (Read More)o meet us at the hotel personally and took care of everything. Only negative was the driver assigned to us, very rough driver and car AC broke-down often. Will be back to see more of Sri Lanka soon, yes.

Mr Shali provided a van for one day outing. 3rd class vehicle and very bad driver which almost ruined our outing. False and Fake promises on itinerary.. Substandard/Third class vehicle.. Arrogant driv (Read More)er who doesn't inform you beforehand about outing places and very poor in driving skills. Never helping on any issues. Mr Shali disappointed us big time.

On our request Mr.Mohanad Shali arranged 12 nights and 13 days tour around SriLanka by a chauffeur driven car. Driver Premaratna is very good driver who speaks fairly good english. Shali had arranged (Read More)our stay at very good locations with good view from the hotel. Overall arrangement was excellent and value for money. Driver was at our disposal 24 hours.
We certainly give full marks to Aziz travels who make excellent arrangement. We would certainly recommend to our friends and relatives to take services of Aziz travels.
