- For complimentary transfers, the arrival flight should land between 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM at Paris (CDG Airport).
- For departure from Rome (FCO Airport), the coach will drop passengers by 11:00 AM, so flights should be booked accordingly.
- Passengers may experience a waiting time of 02-03 hours (post arrival at the arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
- If flight timings are outside the suggested time frame, passengers will need to arrange private transfers at their own expense. No reimbursement will be provided for private transfers.
