    • Embassy charges as per actual (approx. INR 10,000) to be paid directly at VFS Embassy while processing Schengen visa

    • Any delay in payment will incur 2% interest after the due date.
  • Other Important Information:
    • Standard hotel check-in: 16:00 HRS, check-out: 10:00 HRS
    • If the insurance amount for ages above 59 years exceeds INR 800 per head, then an extra amount is payable as per actual, which depends on illness, medication, and premium amount as mentioned on the insurance copy.
    • Seating allocation in the coach is generally on a rotational basis.
    • Luggage specifications:
      • Only 1 check-in bag (23 kg, 25 kg, or 30 kg) as per airline policy is allowed.
      • The 2nd bag - hand bag or cabin bag - allowed is a maximum of 5 kg (1 pc or 2 pcs) - in the form of tote, duffle, backpack, purse, or laptop bag - all must be without wheels. These bags will be kept under your seat, so cabin bags with wheel trolleys are not allowed.
    • Hotels in Europe sometimes have 2 beds (twin) joined together to make double beds. A few hotels may not have tea/coffee/kettle in the room due to fire safety rules in their area. Triple beds are usually sofa beds or rollover beds.
    • Maximum 3 persons can be accommodated in 1 room: 3 adults OR 2 adults + 1 child. 2 adults + 2 children are not allowed in 1 room; in this case, you have to opt for 2 rooms.
    • Eating hot and greasy foods, chocolates, and ice cream will not be allowed in the coach and hotel rooms.
    • Washrooms, Wi-Fi, and charging points are not available in the coach.
    • For group airport pickup, there may be a waiting time of 1-2 hours at the airport. Extra transfers can be arranged on a private basis at actual cost.
  • Package doesn't include: Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry, alcohol, food, water bottles, or drinks not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar, and telephone calls. Please carry a 1-litre water bottle that can be refilled daily during breakfast.
  • Based on ticket availability, the order of sightseeing or days may change in the itinerary. For example, Disneyland day can be switched with city tour day in Paris, and Titlis day can be switched with Jungfrau day in Switzerland. In case anyone wishes to book any activities for leisure time, please consult with our team before booking.
  • Any damages, penalties, or additional expenses incurred on the tour will have to be paid by guests during the tour.
  • In case of unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, strict driving laws, or any other conditions, packed lunch/dinner may be provided.
  • Theft in Europe is now common. Guests are responsible for their own belongings, including any valuables, passports, or cash. Hotels in Europe do not share CCTV footage due to security reasons. Our company will not be involved in any legal proceedings regarding this matter.
  • We design our itineraries to include all necessary excursions and places of interest, giving you the best possible holiday at an affordable price. However, sometimes optional excursions may be offered by your Tour Manager. These optional excursions are only possible if time permits and after completing your regular itinerary. Customers are entitled to refuse any optional offerings.
  • Please note it is the responsibility of guests to be on time at the locations given by your tour manager throughout the tour. Any loss guests may face due to being left behind or missing any connections will be incurred by the guests themselves.

  • Booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Only in case of visa refusal:
  • INR 7000 per person is non-refundable if only the Schengen visa is processed; the balance advance of INR 18000 per person will be refunded.
  • If visa refusal occurs 21 days prior to trip departure, the advance amount is non-refundable.
  • Flight booking amount will be refunded according to the flight cancellation policy.
  • 30% of the total trip amount is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled within 45 days prior to departure.
  • 50% of the total trip amount is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled within 30 days prior to departure.
  • No refund is available 21 days prior to trip departure.

i liked the well thought itinerary which covered the most one can explore . also booking the travel package was smooth . What truly stood out was Ronita’s personal touch — her own travel experiences across Europe reflect in the little details she plans. She also shared so many practical tips and tricks that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended
The only tiny thing I’d wish for next time is maybe a bit more free time to explore on our own — but honestly, everything else was so well-planned that it hardly felt like a miss .
