Day 1 Arrive in Paro and Transfer to Thimphu - Tour of Thimphu

- Any costs arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances (strikes) are to be borne by the client and are payable on the spot.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure, is not included.

- Advance token amount is not refundable in any case. Tour postponement option is available for up to 1 year with the validation of that token amount.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed if the services and amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations; this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or similar hotels.
- The confirmation is subject to availability and prior payment.
- Extra bed means extra mattress.
- Heater charges are extra.
- AC will not work in hill stations.
- Cab timings are from early morning to evening (overnight driving charges at odd timings will be extra).
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factor beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy.

- Customers must carry the tour itinerary, hotel vouchers, cab details, and valid ID proof for all travelers.
- Star categorization of hotels is based on location, services, facilities, and costing, and not as per star categorization (i.e., 1*, 2*, 3*, etc.) used in metro cities.
- Meal timings must be followed as per instructions given by the hotels.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 75% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will result in the total amount being forfeited, and no refund will be given.
- No show will result in the total amount being forfeited, and no refund will be given.
