Day 1 Arrive in Paro and Transfer to Thimphu - Tour of Thimphu

- Any costs arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances (strikes) are to be borne by the client and are payable on the spot.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure, is not included.

- Advance token amount is not refundable in any case. Tour postponement option is available for up to 1 year with the validation of that token amount.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed if the services and amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations; this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or similar hotels.
- The confirmation is subject to availability and prior payment.
- Extra bed means extra mattress.
- Heater charges are extra.
- AC will not work in hill stations.
- Cab timings are from early morning to evening (overnight driving charges at odd timings will be extra).
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factor beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy.
- Pass is according to government rules and regulations.
- Customers must carry the tour itinerary, hotel vouchers, cab details, and valid ID proof for all travelers.
- Star categorization of hotels is based on location, services, facilities, and costing, and not as per star categorization (i.e., 1*, 2*, 3*, etc.) used in metro cities.
- Meal timings must be followed as per instructions given by the hotels.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 75% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will result in the total amount being forfeited, and no refund will be given.
- No show will result in the total amount being forfeited, and no refund will be given.

Hi, Myself with my 11 team members had an awesome time in Bhutan with a 6 nights and 7 days package with Asia Valleys Tours and Travels. We are thankful to Mr (Read More). Bharat for suggesting and proper guiding for our tour in limited days and it is as per our expectations. The entire trip right from the Bagdogra airport to Bhutan and return to India was completely comfortable , enjoyable and safe. Mr. Bharat was absolutely kind and regular approachable. He made all the arrangements as we have decided before start of the tour. He came personally to welcome our team at Thimpu, was a warm gesture of his hospitality. He was always so kind, polite, and in full control of the tour. He gave us a wonderful guide Miss. Meena and an excellent driver Wanchuk. They are so friendly and helpful, well mannered, well disciplined through out the tour. They become the family members of our team. Meena has taken care of our team at every moments specially when we are going to and coming back from Tiger Nest, she was with the slowest walking member of our team, who is coming down. Meena explained the wonders of all the sites we visited in most interesting way. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything of Bhutan. She is a great guide. Wanchuk, is a very cautious and gentle driver and he drove us safely everywhere we went. His driving is so smooth and enjoyable. During his driving he also explain the importance of some sites . He was very punctual regarding timing.
Bhutan is indeed a wonderful piece of heaven on earth. The nature, the scenic beauty, the valleys, the hills, the mountains, the spiral roads, the fresh air, the dreamy cool climate makes it a piece of heaven on earth.
