- Rate applicable for a minimum of 4 persons traveling together in a Cab Sedan/Dzire. Rates will be adjusted accordingly for any increase or decrease in the number of guests.

- Natural Calamities: In the event of closures due to natural calamities or government guidelines, we are not responsible, and the booking will be non-refundable.
- Landslides/Rerouting: If routes change due to landslides or government guidelines, any additional costs incurred must be paid by the guest at the point of change.
- Unforeseen Expenses: Costs arising from natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, etc., are to be borne by the client and payable on the spot.
- Booking to 60 days prior: 50% package fee charged.
- 60 to 30 days prior: 70% package fee charged.
- 30 to 15 days prior: 95% package fee charged.
- Within 15 days / No Show: 100% Non-refundable.
