- Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, etc.) at the time of check-in.
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case a listed hotel is unavailable, an equivalent or higher-category hotel will be provided.
- Vehicle services are provided strictly as per the itinerary and are not available on a disposal basis unless specifically mentioned.
- Sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, local administration orders, and operational status.
- Additional sightseeing or changes to the itinerary requested by the guest will be chargeable.
- Adventure activities such as Gondola rides, pony rides, rafting, ATV rides, skiing, snow activities, and entrance tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Any increase in government taxes, fuel prices, tolls, permits, or entry fees after booking will be payable by the guest.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, political disturbances, flight/train delays, or any other force majeure events.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or voluntary changes made by the guest after the tour has commenced.
- Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle during the tour shall be borne by the guest.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The cancellation date will be considered from the date we receive the written request.
- Cancellation charges:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or No Show: 100% of the total package cost.
- Any non-refundable hotel bookings, flights, train tickets, Gondola tickets, permits, or other third-party services will be charged as per the supplier's cancellation policy, regardless of the above schedule.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving all cancellation details.
- No refund will be provided for:
- Unused services after the tour has started.
- Late arrivals or early departures.
- Missed sightseeing due to weather, traffic, flight delays, road closures, or any circumstances beyond our control.
- In the event of natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or force majeure events, refunds will be subject to the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners
- The company reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice whenever required.
