5-Day Paradise Tour Itinerary • Srinagar | Gulmarg | Sonmarg | Pahalgam
- Booking confirmation: A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the package. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
- 30 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before arrival, no-show, or after tour commencement: 100% of the total package cost will be charged. No refund will be provided.
- No refund will be issued for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, hotel stays, or early departure.
- In case of cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, flight/train cancellations, government restrictions, strikes, or any force majeure event, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service providers. The company shall not be held liable for such circumstances.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving refunds from the respective suppliers and may take 15–30 working days.
