Day 1 Arrive Srinagar & Local Sightseeing
- Upon your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle.
- The drive from the airport takes approximately 35 minutes through the heart of New Srinagar city.
- During the drive, you will pass the Abdullah Bridge, which connects the banks of the Jhelum River, snaking its way towards the northwestern frontier of Kashmir.
- Later, visit the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar.
- These two gardens were built over a period of 14 years and are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, who had a fascinating taste for creating exquisite gardens.
- With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens feature green turfs, blooming flowers, and cascading water fountains.
- We will explore the gardens and later drive back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2 Srinagar to Sonmarg
- We begin our second day with a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast, we will drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg.
- The route to Sonamarg takes us on a picturesque countryside drive, where we will encounter rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams, and blooming rice fields.
- We will pass through the town of Kangan, which caters to the local needs of this region.
- From Kangan, we will drive towards Mammar, famous for its trout farm, and stop for a warm cup of tea before heading to Sonamarg.
- We will once again alight from our vehicles at the tourist spot of Gagangir.
- This spot is situated in the middle of the Sindh River and resembles an island, with snow glaciers covering various areas.
- In Sonamarg, we will take a 3-hour walk or horseback ride to the Thajwass Glacier.
- After our return, we will visit the small town market for snacks or simply observe the local people going about their daily routines.
- We will drive back to Srinagar in the evening and transfer to the hotel for our overnight stay.
Day 3 Srinagar to Gulmarg
- After breakfast, transfer to Gulmarg.
- Enjoy the meadow of flowers, a famous golf course in summer, and a ski resort in winter.
- Later, proceed to experience the world's highest cable car ride, known as the Gondola Ride (cost not included), which has two phases. The second phase takes you up to 14,000 feet above sea level.
- On the same day, you can also experience a pony ride and a sledge ride on snow, depending on the availability of snow.
- After fully enjoying Gulmarg, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Gulmarg to Gurez
- Today, after breakfast, proceed towards Gurez Valley.
- Gurez Valley is located in the Himalayas and can be reached by road from Bandipora via Razdan Top.
- The drive offers a spectacular experience, showcasing the beauty of nature at its best.
- Visit Razdan Top, located at an altitude of 11,672 feet, which is famous for its medicinal plants.
- Razdan Pass is an adrenaline-pumping road in India.
- From Razdan Top, you can view the snow-capped Harmukh Peak, the highest mountain peak in Kashmir.
- Upon reaching Gurez, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 In Gurez
- Today, after breakfast, prepare yourself for local sightseeing in Gurez.
- You will visit a local town known as Dawar, famous as an archaeological site.
- In Dawar, you will see beautiful log wood houses.
- The local people of Dawar are called "Dards." They are very friendly, and you can talk to them to learn more about their local lives.
- Later, you will visit the pyramid-shaped Habba Khatoon peak, an important part of Kashmir?s history.
- The peak is named after the famous Kashmiri poetess Habba Khatoon.
- Another attraction in this area is the Habba Khatoon spring, where crystal clear water gushing out of the mountain range is known for its medicinal properties.
- After a fun-filled day, head back to your hotel for dinner and prepare for an overnight stay.
Day 6 Gurez to Srinagar
- Begin this day of your majestic Gurez Valley package with breakfast.
- Get ready for a drive towards Srinagar.
- On your way, visit the Izamrg village and capture the splendid green meadows with your camera.
- You can also choose to take a walk around the village to explore its charm.
- Upon arrival in Srinagar, check into the hotel.
- Enjoy dinner and head for an overnight stay in a houseboat.
Day 7 Srinagar to Pahalgam
- We will begin our trip towards Pahalgam and drive on the National Highway, which connects the Valley to the rest of the country.
- We will drive past the saffron fields of Pampore, the marvelous ruins of Avantipura, and the village of Bijbehara, which is famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir.
- You can sample a few exotic breads sold by vendors near the road.
- We will switch to the National Highway at Khanabal and drive through Anantnag, the second largest city.
- From here, the road becomes scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder River, which flows from the opposite direction.
- In Pahalgam, we will check in at the hotel and later enjoy nature walks to unwind.
- We will have a day of sightseeing, driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab Valley, or riding on horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran Meadows.
- After returning from the beautiful meadows, you will spend the night at the hotel.
Day 8 Srinagar Drop
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.

- The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation terms:
- Once the booking is confirmed and the advance is paid, a minimum of 10% of the package cost will be deducted.
- If the service date is postponed or advanced more than 30 days prior, only 5% of the package cost will be deducted. The cost for the desired date of service will be calculated based on the hotel and transportation costs for that specific time period.
- If cancellation occurs 30 days before the service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation occurs between 29 days and 15 days before the service, 40% of the total cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation occurs between 14 days and 10 days before the service, 50% of the total cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation occurs between 9 days and 6 days before the service, 60% of the total cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation occurs between 5 days and 48 hours before the service, 90% of the total cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours to the day of service, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
- We must still follow the guidelines and abide by the cancellation policy of the concerned hotel for your upcoming stay.

We had a wonderful experience with Javed from Wow Kashmir! He is a great tour operator and, more importantly, someone who actually listens to what you want from (Read More) your trip.
We had reached Srinagar around 11 AM on our first day and wanted to cover all the gardens before our Shikara ride at sunset. Javed was completely open to the idea and planned the route so well that we managed to cover all of them and still reach in time for the Shikara ride. The timing worked out perfectly!
What we really loved was how he paid attention to the little things we were interested in. We wanted to experience Kashmir through its food as well, so he sweetly got us Noon Chai and traditional Kashmiri breakfast bread from his own home. He also helped us find really fresh trout, took us to a great place to try Kashmiri Wazwan, and helped us get some lovely apples.
Javed doesn't just follow an itinerary. He listens, understands what you are looking for, and genuinely tries to add those little experiences that turn a trip into a collection of memories.

Our trip was skillfully planned and customized by Ms Aafreen of Velmora Holidays who was very supportive throughout and helped in respects whenever needed. She was always ready to attend our calls and provide assistance.
The driver Mr Aqib Bhai also entertained us through out our trip.
We were provided Hotel Siddeeq Palace which is a nice hotel. All the staff in the hotel are honest and attentive. But there are some issues in the food quality of the restaurant of the hotel.
We all enjoyed the trip to our best.
There is need of improvement in the food quality of the restaurant.
