Day 1 Arrival in Phuentsholing

Pick-up from NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra (IXB) Airport
Drive to Phuentsholing (~170 km, 4–5 hours)
Altitude: ~300 m
Evening: Explore the lively markets in Jaigaon/Phuentsholing
Overnight stay in Phuentsholing

Day 2 Phuentsholing to Thimphu

After breakfast and border formalities, drive to Thimphu (~176 km, 6–7 hours).
Altitude: ~2,350 m.
Scenic stops: Kharbandi Goemba, waterfalls, and mountain views.
Evening: Stroll through Thimphu markets and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere (no traffic lights!).
Overnight in Thimphu.

Day 3 Day Trip to Punakha

Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass (~75 km, 2.5–3 hours)
Altitude at pass: ~3,100 m

Day 5 Paro Adventure – Hike to Tiger's Nest OR Chele La Pass Sightseeing

Early start with breakfast.
Hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest)
- Distance: ~6–7 km round trip
- Duration: 5–6 hours total
- Difficulty: Moderate to strenuous
Path:
- Through forests

- Stop at a cafeteria for views
- Climb steps to the cliffside monastery
