• Flexible Flying Time: Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues.
• Body Weight Limitation: Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total body weight limit of 445 kg. Passengers with incorrect weight details or exceeding the limit may be de-boarded without a refund.
• Passengers over 75 kg will be charged INR 500 per kg for Kedarnath flying.
• If the group weight exceeds 450 kg, charges of INR 2500 per kg apply.
• Luggage Limit: Only one small soft bag (max. 5 kg) is allowed per passenger. Hard luggage is prohibited.
• Passenger Grouping: Passengers may be shuffled between helicopters to balance weight. Groups may not always travel together.
• Hotel Accommodation: Hotels may change based on availability. Groups may have to stay in different hotels.
• RT-PCR Report: A negative RT-PCR report within 48 hours is mandatory.
• Bad Weather Conditions: Flying in hills is weather-dependent. Passengers should be prepared for delays or cancellations due to weather or technical issues. Keep an additional day in hand.
• No Flying: Proportionate refunds will be issued if the yatra is incomplete due to bad weather. Refunds exclude royalty fees, taxes, and fixed components.
• Airport Transfers: Provided only on the arrival and final day of the tour. Additional transfers are chargeable.
• Emergency Situations: Passengers may be returned to Dehradun by alternate transport in case of emergencies.
• Infants: Infants below 2 years travel free with valid ID proof.

General Terms and Conditions

• Children above 2 years require a full ticket.
• 80% of the charter amount is required for booking, with the balance 20% due 20 days before the journey.
• Flight cancellations due to bad weather or technical reasons may extend the itinerary.
• Additional charges of INR 35,000 per person apply for single occupancy.
• Company is not liable for flight cancellations.
• Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
