- Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% charge of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% charge of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
- Written cancellations sent on Sundays will be processed the next working day (Monday).
