Day 1 Arrival at Srinagar
- Upon arrival in Srinagar, meet our representative at the airport.
- Transfer to your hotel and check in.

Day 2 Srinagar Sightseeing Tour + Shikara Ride in the Dal Lake
- After breakfast in the morning, proceed for a local sightseeing tour.
- Visit the famous Mughal Gardens, including Shankaracharya Temple and Hazratbal Shrine.
- All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background.
- The distance from Srinagar to the gardens is approximately 12 to 15 kilometers.
- En route, visit the carpet-weaving factory and the old city of Srinagar.
- Nishat Bagh is one of the most beautiful terraced Mughal gardens located on the shores of Dal Lake near Srinagar.
- Known as the Garden of Gladness, Nishat Bagh is the second largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley and offers a magnificent view of the Pir Panjal mountain range.
- Shalimar Bagh is the largest Mughal garden in India, located to the northeast of Dal Lake near Srinagar city, alongside the famous Nishat Bagh.
- The garden features Dal Lake in the background and is considered particularly beautiful during the autumn and spring seasons.
- The Chashme Shahi is a beautiful Mughal garden built around a spring in the Zabarwan Range.
- This garden features a freshwater spring, terraces, a water pool, and a large fountain, making it one of the most charming gardens near Srinagar along the banks of Dal Lake.
- Spread over an area of about 12 hectares, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is Asia's largest tulip garden, operational only in April.
- Situated at the foothills of the Zabarwan Range and overlooking the iconic Dal Lake, the garden opened in 2007.
- Adorned with 70 varieties of tulips, the garden is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Srinagar, complemented by several cultivated rose beds.
- Shankaracharya Temple is an ancient temple that dates back to the 4th century.
- Located on Gopadari Hill in the southeast of Srinagar, the temple lies at a height of 1,100 feet above the city.
- It is said that the temple was built by Raja Gopadatya in 371 BC and was originally named 'Gopadari' after the king.
- It is believed that Shankaracharya, the great philosopher, lived here during his visit to Kashmir.
- The temple has been known as Shankaracharya Temple since the legend left the place centuries ago.
- The main shrine is circular and provides a breathtaking view of the valley.
- The first renovation is believed to have occurred during the reign of Lalitaditya.
- After the temple was damaged in an earthquake, repairs were carried out by Zain-ul-Abideen under the rule of Sheikh Mohi-ud-Din.
- The stone steps leading to the main shrine are said to have been built by Maharaja Gulab Singh.
- The Hazratbal Shrine is located on the left bank of Dal Lake.
- The name 'Hazratbal' comes from the Kashmiri language, where 'Hazrat' means holy and 'bal' means place.
- The shrine is considered extremely sacred among Muslims.
- Enjoy a 1-hour shikara ride on Dal Lake, gliding past beautiful vegetable gardens and aquatic life.
- Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

- The Tulip Garden shall remain closed to the general public.
Day 3 Full Day Excursion to Gulmarg
- After breakfast today, proceed towards Gulmarg (52 km). Upon reaching Gulmarg, enjoy the panoramic views of the location.
- The vehicle will drop you at the parking area in Gulmarg, which is 1-1.5 km from the Gondola. All sightseeing thereafter will be done by walking, taking a horse ride, or using an ATV, with payments made directly (due to union issues).
- You can enjoy pony rides to Maharani Temple and St. Mary's Church at your own cost. A Gondola ride (cable car) is recommended, which takes you to Kongdori (Phase 1) and Apharwat Peak (Phase 2), one of the highest altitudes in Asia.
- Maharani Temple was built in 1915 by Mohini Bai Sisodia, the wife of Maharaja Hari Singh, the last Dogra king of Jammu and Kashmir. The temple houses shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. It is also the filming location for the Rajesh Khanna and Mumtaz starrer "Aap Ki Kasam." Pony rides to Maharani Temple are available at an extra cost.
- St. Mary's Church was built during British rule. The 110-year-old church in Gulmarg was renovated in 2003, with the first Christmas mass held in 14 years. Constructed in the early 20th century, it features grey stone walls and looks particularly stunning in winter when surrounded by snow. The green tiled roof, wooden decorated walls, and overall size give it the appearance of a countryside chapel.
- The two-stage gondola lift ferries visitors to and from Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Afarwat Peak (4,200 m / 13,780 ft). The first stage transfers from the Gulmarg resort at 2,600 m (8,530 ft) to Kongdoori Station in the bowl-shaped Kongdori valley. The second stage, which has 36 cabins and 18 towers, takes skiers to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori Mountain. The timing of the Gondola ride is from 10 AM to 5 PM, subject to change without prior notice, as operations are highly dependent on the weather at both stages.
- Later, drive back to Srinagar in the evening.
- Customers have the option to choose a chained vehicle for their transportation needs. This option provides the benefit of having a vehicle pre-arranged at Tangmarg to take you to Gulmarg. If you prefer not to use this service, you can arrange transportation on your own once you are on the ground. Please note that prices may vary if booked directly on the ground.

- Gondola ride operations are highly dependent on the weather at both stages. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are no longer available for pre-purchase and must be purchased directly by the customer at https://gulmarggondola.com/.
- In winter (November to March), a chained vehicle must be taken from Tangmarg at an extra cost.
- The vehicle will drop you at the parking area in Gulmarg, which is 1-1.5 km from the Gondola. All sightseeing thereafter will be done by walking, taking a horse ride, or using an ATV, with payments made directly (due to union issues).
Day 4 Full Day Excursion to Pahalgam
- After breakfast today, proceed to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura, and the village of Bijbehara, which is famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir.
- We switch from National Highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through Anantnag, the second largest city in the region.
- The road then becomes scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder River, which flows in the opposite direction.
- In Pahalgam, you can visit Chandanwari (3,288 meters above sea level), Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley at your own cost by hiring union cabs.
- Chandanwari, located 16 km from Pahalgam, is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge. Taxi cabs can be hired from Pahalgam for a round trip, which takes about four to five hours on a semi-road that has the Lidder River meandering on one side and lofty, snow-capped mountains on the other.
- Visitors often engage in "snow fights" before sledging back down. Chandanwari is also known for its natural attractions and has some of the best picnic spots accessible by road.
- The weather can be very unpredictable, so please carry warm clothes and raincoats.
- Aru Valley is a pristine scenic village situated in the Trans-Himalaya region. The clear blue canopy overhead, misty surroundings, whispers of native pines and conifer forests, and beautiful meadows create a captivating diorama for travelers.
- Although it is the smallest hill station in the state, its breathtaking beauty and activities such as trekking, hiking, and horse riding make it one of the most popular tourist destinations in Pahalgam.
- Aru Valley is located about 12 km from Pahalgam and caters to the skiing desires of tourists who visit during the winter.
- Betaab Valley is a perfect gateway to enjoy the heavenly pleasures of Mother Nature. Previously known as Hagan Valley or Hagoon, it was renamed after the blockbuster Bollywood movie 'Betaab' was filmed there in 1983.
- The experience is enhanced by the musical whispers of various birds. As a precious jewel of Jammu and Kashmir tourism, Betaab Valley is among the must-visit tourist places in Pahalgam.
- Situated within walking distance from the main center of Pahalgam, the valley is also an excellent camping site for trekkers and explorers.

- Union cabs need to be hired at your own cost for sightseeing in Pahalgam unless you have booked an additional excursion with us.
- The union vehicle will only stop for 1 hour at each stop (a total of 3 stops). If you wish to stay longer at any stop, additional charges will apply and must be paid directly.
Day 5 Departure From Srinagar
- After breakfast, check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport.
- Board the scheduled flight for your onward destination.

- Final travel vouchers will be issued only after receipt of 100% payment.
- Any amendment or cancellation after confirmation may incur cancellation or amendment charges as per the applicable policy.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, railways, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, vehicle breakdowns, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Any additional expenses arising due to such situations shall be borne by the guest.
- In the event of a tour cancellation due to natural calamities, adverse weather, or government restrictions, refunds will be processed subject to the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
- Guests are requested to report on time for all sightseeing tours, transfers, and activities. Missed services due to late arrival will not be refunded.
- Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit during check-in, which must be paid directly by the guest and will be refunded by the hotel as per its policy.
- Packages are customizable. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges depending on availability.
- If payment is not received as per the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
- Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) during travel. The company shall not be responsible for denied check-in due to invalid or insufficient identification.
- We act only as a facilitator between guests and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers. We shall not be liable for any act, omission, deficiency, injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third-party service provider.
- By making the booking and paying the advance amount, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
- Cancellation Policy ? Domestic Tour Packages
- Hotel & Land Package Cancellation
- 30 days or more before the travel date: No cancellation charges (except for non-refundable bookings, if applicable).
- 29 to 16 days before the travel date: 50% of the total land package cost will be charged.
- 15 to 8 days before the travel date: 75% of the total land package cost will be charged.
- Within 7 days of the travel date or No Show: 100% of the total land package cost will be charged.
- Note: Hotels booked under non-refundable offers, special promotional rates, peak-season bookings, or long weekends may attract 100% cancellation charges as per the hotel's policy.
- Flight / Train Ticket Cancellation
- Flight and train ticket cancellations will be processed strictly according to the respective airline's or railway's cancellation policy.
- A service handling fee of INR 1,000 per booking may be charged for processing the cancellation.
- Package Cancellation
- If a confirmed holiday package is cancelled at any stage, a service fee of INR 3,000 per booking may be charged.
- In addition to the above service fee, applicable cancellation charges for hotels, transport, flights, trains, sightseeing, and other services will be deducted according to the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after refunds are received from the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other vendors.
- The refund processing time is generally 7?21 working days, depending on the service provider and payment method.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of cancellations due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, refunds will be processed strictly according to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
