Recently we had a trip to Bali through a travel agency Tripoclan. We are very happy with the services provided. All the commitments were adhered to with few deviations. As a whole we enjoyed the trip. (Read More) Good part of the trip 1 Timely pickup on arrival at Bali Airport. 2. Driver arrived in time on all days for pick up. 3. ⁠Provided food as per package on all days. Goid quality food. 4. ⁠Drivers were courteous. 5. ⁠Entry to all places were smooth without any problems. Needs attention for a better trip. 1. Hotel didnot provide any bottled water. Charged Rupiah 30000 for one bottle of mi real water consumed in 5 days. 2. ⁠Hotel didnot provide even a single shaving kit in 5 days. 3. ⁠The food menu was monotonous same menu on all days. Needs to have choices for food. There was no choice of food in any of the days. Everything prefixed for all days. 4. ⁠On third day the driver skipped Kintamoni spot without informing. As a whole we were happy with the services provided. May be you will get few references from my side. Provide a goid deal for them too. Thank you very much for everything.
