- The General Terms and Conditions provide details about the types of services you can expect, how to make changes or cancel your trip, and the responsibilities of both parties in the event of a dispute.
- If you request that we confirm your booking, we will assume that you have read and agreed to these booking conditions.
- Please inform us of any special requests prior to making your booking. We are ready to answer any inquiries you may have.
- If you would like a specific trip, we offer a base designed to meet your requirements.
- The company respects the privacy of its clients and keeps any money paid for a trip in a client account until the trip departs.
- It is necessary to make reservations well in advance, especially during the holidays, as places tend to be more crowded during this time.
- If you do not make reservations in advance, you may not be able to find a place to stay, or the rates may be much higher than expected.
- During normal seasons, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid; during Christmas and New Year, 50% of your total will be required to secure all reservations.
- You will send 50% of the total amount.
- The remaining payment can be made either:
- In cash upon arrival
- By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon arrival, but the credit card must be the same as the one used for the booking.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If the cancellation occurs more than 40 days before the departure date, a fee of 6% of the total amount received will be deducted for bank transaction fees.
- If a tour participant cancels their reservation, the following fees will apply:
- Between 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Between 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Between 7 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Between 3 to 1 day before the arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Cancellation fees for all domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy, which may vary from case to case.
- Children Policy:
- 0 - 5.99 years: Free of charge.
- 6 - 11.99 years: Pay 50% of the tour price.
- 12 years and older: Pay the full tour price as per an adult.
- If your tour includes airfare, an additional charge for the child rate may apply.
