  • The company respects the privacy of its clients and keeps any money paid for a trip in a client account until the trip departs.
  • It is necessary to make reservations well in advance, especially during the holidays, as places tend to be more crowded during this time.
  • If you do not make reservations in advance, you may not be able to find a place to stay, or the rates may be much higher than expected.
  • During normal seasons, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid; during Christmas and New Year, 50% of your total will be required to secure all reservations.

  • The remaining payment can be made either:
    • In cash upon arrival
    • By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon arrival, but the credit card must be the same as the one used for the booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If the cancellation occurs more than 40 days before the departure date, a fee of 6% of the total amount received will be deducted for bank transaction fees.
  • If a tour participant cancels their reservation, the following fees will apply:
    • Between 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
    • Between 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
    • Between 7 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
    • Between 3 to 1 day before the arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Cancellation fees for all domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy, which may vary from case to case.
  • Children Policy:
    • 0 - 5.99 years: Free of charge.
    • 6 - 11.99 years: Pay 50% of the tour price.
    • 12 years and older: Pay the full tour price as per an adult.
    • If your tour includes airfare, an additional charge for the child rate may apply.
