- If the tour is cancelled 20 days prior to the tour commencement, a cancellation charge of 30% of the total tour cost will apply.
- If the tour is cancelled within 20 days of the tour start date, the booking amount shall be non-refundable, and any hotel advance paid will also be non-refundable, in accordance with the hotel and service provider policies.
