Day 1 Guwahati–Shillong
- You will be picked up by our representative and driver from Guwahati Airport.
- After enjoying your refreshments, you will visit Maa Kamakhya Temple.
- After your darshan, you will prepare for your next destination, Shillong.
- Shillong is the capital and hill station of Meghalaya, also known as "The Abode of Clouds," one of the smallest states in India.
- Shillong has rightly earned the title "Scotland of the East" due to its rolling hills, beautiful scenery, and pleasant climate.
- On the way, you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake, a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong.
- Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 2 Shillong – Local
- After having breakfast, move to Shillong city and visit local sightseeing attractions:
- Ward's Lake - It has a beautifully landscaped view around the lake, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy boating on the placid waters. Also known as Pollock's Lake.
- Botanical Garden - The Botanical Garden is one of the most famous attractions in Shillong.
- Lady Hydari Park - The most important feature, and the first thing you'll notice as you enter this park, is that it is designed in a Japanese garden style.
- Cathedral Catholic Church - The Cathedral Catholic Church, also known as the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, is a beautiful shrine located in the heart of Shillong.
- Police Bazaar - A one-stop market for every kind of tourist visiting Shillong, offering various opportunities for shopping and entertainment. There are facilities for leisure seekers, shopping enthusiasts, and food lovers.
- Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 3 Shillong – Cherrapunjee
- On the way, visit Shillong Peak for a bird's eye view of the entire city of Shillong.
- Next, go to Elephant Falls.
- The starting point of Cherrapunjee features a viewpoint known as Mawkdok Viewpoint.
- The valley looks more beautiful with waterfalls and the rhythmic sound of water in the valley.
- The valley is famous for zip lining, which is 670 feet above and 300 meters long.
- This is truly an adventurous and breathtaking experience.
- The waterfall between the zip line and valleys looks more beautiful, providing a sense of wanting to experience it once more.
- Visitors can also enjoy traditional clothing from the Khasi village.
- After that, move towards Cherrapunjee.
- On the way, visit Seven Sisters Falls, which is a waterfall to see only during the rainy season.
- Nohkalikai Falls: At a height of 340 meters, Nohkalikai is the highest waterfall in India.
- Mawsmai Cave: The Mawsmai Caves are a major tourist attraction in the heritage town of Cherrapunjee.
- Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.
Day 4 Cherrapunjee - Dawki- Mawlynnong – Shillong
- After a refreshing morning, enjoy your breakfast and drive from Cheerapunjee to:
- Dawki and the Umngot River, known for its crystal-clear waters that are popular on social media. You can take a bath here, enjoy local boating, and if you are a fish lover, you can taste Dawki's fish at a nearby food court.
- Mawlynnong - A picturesque village located in the East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border. Declared the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India magazine in 2003, the modestly existing Mawlynnong is also known as 'God's Own Garden.' Go for a short trek through the village to experience the Khasi way of life and meet the locals. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh Viewpoint, and the longest Living Root Bridge.
- Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 5 Shillong -Litlum Canyons- Guwahati Depart
- Morning after breakfast, drive to Mawphlang.
- Upon reaching Mawphlang, visit the Mawphlang Sacred Forest.
- Mawphlang was the hub of the Presbyterian Church of Wales? missionary and medical activities in the Khasi Hills.
- One of the main attractions of this village is the sacred grove that lies in the area, as indigenous and traditional communities in the state consider the medicinal woods and plants to be holy.
- The area itself is regarded as sacred and holds extreme significance for the villagers, serving as a link between nature and man.
- Later, drive to Laitlum Canyons.
- Experience a majestic view of golden sun rays splashed across the ridges, into the gorges, and onto the stream below, creating a spectacular sun glitter effect in the Laitlum Canyons.
- Fun fact: The Bollywood movie 'Rock On 2' was filmed here around the year 2016, yet Laitlum still remains a hidden gem in Meghalaya.
- After visiting Laitlum Canyons and Mawphlang Sacred Forests, you will head towards Guwahati.
- You will be dropped off at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station with pleasant memories for your onward journey home.
- This marks the end of your tour.

- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, and gratuity. This includes mineral, soft, and hard drinks.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than what is mentioned in the itinerary.
- Camera fees, guide/tour escort charges, and entrance fees.
- Any costs arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, etc. These costs are to be borne by the client and are payable on the spot.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We strive to provide the best travel experience to our clients. However, in case of any cancellation, the following policy will be applicable:
- 1. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the number of days prior to the travel date:
- 30 days or more before the travel date: No cancellation charges; only a convenience fee will be charged.
- 15 to 29 days before the travel date: 20% will be deducted.
- 7 to 14 days before the travel date: 30% will be deducted.
- Less than 7 days before travel / No Show: 50% will be deducted.
- 2. Non-Refundable Charges
- The following components are strictly non-refundable:
- Flight tickets (as per airline cancellation rules)
- Train tickets (as per IRCTC rules)
- Hotel bookings (as per hotel cancellation policy)
- Permits, entry tickets, and special activity bookings
- 3. Service / Convenience Fee
- A minimum service charge of ?700 per person is non-refundable under all circumstances. This covers booking, planning, and operational costs.
- 5. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2-3 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
- 6. Amendments / Rescheduling
- Any changes in travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability.

the driver as best. He had accompanied very ell. He knew his limits and adjusted (Read More) very ell to our likes and changes in the plans. Very Supportive staffs from hill dheko.
The hospitality at La Castle hotel as bad. The manager Mr. Sharma's attitude wa (Read More)s not at all approachable. The way he spoke changed entirely once we refused to have dinner from the hotel. and even the rooms smelt bad. first day we were allotted good room which was actually promised. The second day the room as cramped and also the both the days the washroom stink a lot and on the second day the washroom as very small.
And the worst part was they charged us for the food in the morning although it was said that it would be complimentary. just 1 plate extra, he charged us. Overall at La Castle , we were disappointed. Please dont here after provide La Castle as option.

The trip coordinator like mina ji ans rajendra balmiki were so cooperative and they have taken care all the things in very well manner.
Delighted to have a trip with them..
1 resort 100waterfall camp was not so good and the food served there was worst a (Read More)nd service was also pathetically bad.. so avoid booking this property.. otherwise all are good and polo tower was excellent. Smokey mae fi was also good..
So travelleasy chosen the best for us. And we are looking forward to book with them again for our arunachal trip
