  • 30 days or more before travel date: 100% refund (no cancellation fee).
  • 15-29 days before travel date: 80% refund of total package price.
  • 7-14 days before travel date: 50% refund of total package price.
  • Less than 7 days before travel date / No Show: No refund will be provided.
Amendments & Rescheduling:
  • One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before travel, free of charge (subject to hotel/transport availability).
  • Further amendments may incur additional charges.
Cancellation by the company:
  • In the unlikely event we cannot operate a tour (e.g., government restrictions, weather, or force majeure), guests will be offered a full refund or alternative dates/tours.

  • Refund processing may take 3-5 working days.
