- One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before travel, free of charge (subject to hotel/transport availability).
- Further amendments may incur additional charges.
- In the unlikely event we cannot operate a tour (e.g., government restrictions, weather, or force majeure), guests will be offered a full refund or alternative dates/tours.
- Refund processing may take 3-5 working days.
- Air tickets, visa fees, and attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued.
