- These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and agreements made between (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its clients, agents, or partners (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).

- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm all services.
- For peak seasons (e.g., cherry blossom, Golden Week, autumn foliage, New Year), a higher deposit (up to 50%) may be required.

- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the service commencement date.
- For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
