- A private vehicle with luggage space will be provided for 3 days, depending on group size.

- All tolls, parking, fuel charges, and driver allowances are covered.
- You will receive telephonic and on-ground assistance from the Safar Raahi Tour Manager.
- The package also includes all applicable taxes.
- Airfare or train tickets to and from Varanasi are not included.
- Charges for early check-in or late check-out at hotels are excluded.
- Meals other than those specified in the inclusions are not part of the package.
- Beverages such as bottled water, soft drinks, or any drinks ordered during travel or at hotels are not covered.
- Personal expenses like shopping, laundry, tips, porterage, and phone calls are excluded.
- Camera or video charges at temples, monuments, museums, or other sites are not included.
- Travel insurance, medical expenses, or emergency evacuation charges are not part of the package.

- The company does not hold any booking or hotel without an advance payment.
- The rate of the package may vary between the off-season and the on-season.
- Hotels and room categories depend on availability based on the given date of travel.
- We would love to host you, but if you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry.
- Our simple cancellation process ensures you receive a quick confirmation and a fast Credit Voucher.
- 30 days before the travel date: 30% of the total package cost will be deducted, and a Credit Voucher will be issued after the deduction.
- Between 29 to 10 days before the travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted, and a Credit Voucher will be issued after the deduction.
- Between 9 to 0 days before the travel date: 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 72 hours from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher shall be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher can be redeemed against the equivalent or higher amount of the booked package cost.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted via email.
