Terms & Conditions – Manali Kasol Group Tour Package Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your Manali Kasol fixed departure tour package. Booking the trip confirms that the traveler agrees to all policies mentioned below. Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum advance payment of ₹4,000 per person is required to confirm the booking for the Manali Kasol group tour.
• The remaining balance amount must be paid before the trip departure date.
• Bookings will be confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
• The advance amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Travel Guidelines

• Travelers must carry a valid Government ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID during the Himachal Pradesh tour.
• Reporting time at the pickup location should be at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Pickup and drop timings may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.
• Air conditioning may be switched off in hilly regions for safety and vehicle performance.

Hotel & Camp Stay Policy

• Hotel and camp accommodation will be provided on double, triple, or quad sharing basis as per the selected package.
• Extra mattresses may be provided for triple or quad sharing rooms.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
• Any damage caused to hotel or camp property by the traveler will be chargeable.

Adventure Activities Disclaimer

• River rafting, paragliding, skiing, snow scooter rides, zipline, ATV rides, and other adventure activities are optional and chargeable.
• Adventure activities are conducted by local operators and are subject to weather conditions and government permissions.
• Travelers participating in adventure sports do so at their own risk.

Conduct & Safety Rules

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, and misbehavior during the group trip are strictly prohibited.
• Any misconduct with fellow travelers, trip captains, drivers, hotel staff, or local authorities may lead to immediate removal from the trip without refund.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal luggage, gadgets, cash, and valuables throughout the journey.

Itinerary Changes

• The Manali Kasol itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, snowfall, traffic, road closures, natural disasters, government orders, or safety concerns.
• The tour operator reserves the right to change routes, hotels, camps, sightseeing points, or timings without prior notice for traveler safety.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Any personal expenses arising during the tour

Force Majeure The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by:

• Government restrictions

• Road closures
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond operational control

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided for the booking amount once the seat is reserved.
• No refund will be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, hotel stays, transportation, or adventure activities.
• In case of natural calamities, landslides, snowfall, political disturbances, roadblocks, weather issues, or government restrictions, any additional cost will be borne by the traveler.
