• Strikes, political closures, natural calamities, landslides, non-permits, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather issues, sickness, or any untoward incidents – we are not responsible for these occurrences.
• We advise our guests to take no risks and to reschedule the itinerary if we sense any such intention. In such cases, guests must stay in the nearest resort, hotel, or lodge. Arrangements will be made by us, but the extra costs must be paid by the guests.
• During the tour or a one-night stay, if we encounter strikes or any type of political closures, we reserve the right to stop the pre-booking service or provide alternate places for visits/sightseeing.
• If a landslide, heavy rain, or any other natural calamity requires a different route, guests will bear the extra costs for the longer route.
• Vehicles for transfers and sightseeing will be available to guests as per the itinerary only (point-to-point).
• The booking amount will not be refundable in case of cancellation.
• If the client requires any changes to the pre-booked service, such changes will be considered as a new service. The cost for the new service is payable separately, and adjustments with the cost of the original service are not admissible.
• Any extension or alteration of the original service is subject to agreement. In case of any disagreement, our commitment is limited to the service already booked.
• If any tour is canceled due to unfavorable climatic conditions, strikes, train cancellations, or any other circumstances, the booking amount will be forfeited. There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities that may occur during the tour.
• The Management/Agency/Authority will not undertake liability for any damage, loss of life, or property of the tourist due to accidents, theft, robbery, illegal or immoral activities, penalties caused by activities against civil rules, or natural calamities during the tour.
• Guests are requested to carry four photocopies of any photo ID proof (except Pan Card), such as a Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID, along with four passport-sized photographs.
• Children/Students are requested to carry the original and four photocopies of their school or college photo identity card, along with four passport-sized photographs. They should also carry the original birth certificate.
• For infants, four passport-sized photographs are required.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will incur extra costs, payable directly on the spot.
• Due to a shortage of parking space in the Sikkim and Darjeeling regions, guests will have to wait in the lobby for the vehicle to start their sightseeing/transfers. If our vehicle leaves the hotel area without picking up the guests and returns to the parking stand, guests must arrange their own transportation to reach the parking stand.
• Air conditioning may be switched off on hilly routes.
• In the Sikkim and Darjeeling regions, the same vehicles will not be provided for the entire tour; they will change sector-wise.
• If any tourist spot is not completed due to a closing day and guests wish to visit it the next day, they will have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
• If guests want any changes to their sightseeing schedule, they should inform the tour executive the previous day before 16:00 hrs; after that, no changes are allowed. If the guest informs after 16:00 hrs, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund, or the guest will pay extra costs to reschedule the sightseeing.
• Guests traveling in an Innova, Xylo, or Scorpion are requested to travel with minimum baggage (one piece per person). In case of excess baggage, guests will have to opt for an extra vehicle to carry the excess baggage, and the cost for this extra vehicle will be paid directly by the guests.
• In Gangtok city, Travellers, Sumos, or similar vehicles will not enter the main city. They will drop off at Deorali Stand. The cost for the stand to hotel drop/pickup is not included in the package.
• Vehicles will be provided based on category, not model.
• All vehicle rates are subject to change due to increasing fuel costs.
• Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
• North Sikkim, Tsomgo, and Nathula permits are subject to availability. In case of landslides or any other reasons for closures, we will provide alternate sightseeing options.
