Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Bangalore to Coorg via Mysore

Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Bangalore to Coorg. En route, stop at Mysore to explore the majestic Mysore Palace and take in the panoramic views from Chamundi Hills. Later, visit Nisargadhama, a serene forest island, and the peaceful Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) at Bylakuppe, one of the largest Tibetan settlements in South India. On arrival in Coorg, check into your hotel and unwind. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 2 Coorg Sightseeing

After breakfast, set out to explore the best of Coorg. Visit the sacred Omkareshwar Temple, take a walk through the aromatic coffee plantations, and witness the cascading beauty of Abbey Falls. Head to Madikeri Fort and Raja’s Tomb for a touch of history and architecture. End the day at Raja’s Seat, a popular sunset viewpoint with stunning valley views. Spend the evening shopping for local spices, coffee, and souvenirs in the Madikeri market. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 3 Coorg to Ooty via Bandipur & Mudumalai

Check out after breakfast and begin your drive to Ooty, the ‘Queen of Hill Stations’. The journey takes you through the lush forests of Bandipur and Mudumalai National Parks, where you might spot deer, elephants, or peacocks along the way. Enjoy the scenic drive through winding mountain roads and tea estates. On arrival, check into your hotel in Ooty and relax for the evening. Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 4 Ooty & Coonoor Sightseeing

Start your day with a picturesque Toy Train ride from Ooty to Coonoor (at own cost), a UNESCO World Heritage experience. In Coonoor, visit Sim’s Park, Dolphin’s Nose, Lamb’s Rock, and explore the tranquil tea gardens. Return to Ooty and visit Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris, along with Rose Garden and Botanical Garden, both showcasing a rich variety of flora. Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 5 Departure

After breakfast, check out and visit the quirky Wax Museum. While heading back to Bangalore, explore scenic spots like Pykara Lake, Pykara Falls, 9th Mile, 6th Mile Viewpoint, Wenlock Downs, and the dense Pine Forest. If time permits, stop at Mudumalai National Park for a quick wildlife experience. Alternatively, if departing from Coimbatore, you can visit the spiritual Isha Foundation (Sadhguru's Ashram) for a peaceful end to your journey. The tour concludes with beautiful memories of the Western Ghats and hill retreats.
