- All transfers and sightseeing exactly as per the Itinerary.

- For Confirming Package Booking payment should be done to Confirm the services.
- Normally Hotel Check In time is 2 PM & check out time is 11:00 am hrs.
- The Company has the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the cut-off date.
- In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport you at our cost. Extra Kilometers will be Charged.
- Note: Above rates may be subject to change as per final confirmation from hotels.
- Services are confirmed only after booking amount received.
- In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.
- Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings.
- If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing / transfers and the company will not be responsible to arrange the same.
- He / She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis.
- Time management is must during sightseeing to avoid the missing of places, kindly note.
- It is mandatory to carry photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.
- During sightseeing vehicle will take you up to it is possible to go.
- The company shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcements or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.
- The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost and directly payable.
- We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
- Rooms will be Non A/C in all Hill station.
- The rate communicated to you on email is calculated on the basis of hotels and room type mentioned.
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on the availability of hotels mentioned.
- We do not book rooms at the time of sending confirmation.
- In case, room type is not mentioned, calculation will be based on base category room in the hotel.
- In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of the package will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
- Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country.
- All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
- As per the government order the Guests shall not possess or consume any prohibited drugs or organize ‘any rave parties in or around Property’. Breach of this condition will result in immediate lodging of a Police Complaint by resorts against Guests.
- If Diesel, Toll Tax or State Tax is increased the given rate is not valid.
- Hotelier will provide the mattress for extra person only as per the itinerary.
- Any heater in the room will be added to the cost of package as per the hotel charges.
- Please note: In Case of decrease in the number of days of the trip, cancellation policy for the tour remains same no cost will be deducted when intimation period is less than 7 days.
- Please note: All cancellation charges will be further most subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary.
- We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
