- Early morning drive to Jankichatti, the starting point of the trek to Yamunotri Dham.

- Book early and consider travel insurance, which covers medical emergencies and trip cancellation due to illness or family issues (not included in the package).
- We advise confirming dates well in advance, as Chardham roads open around April to May 2026 and close by November.
- If this policy needs customization (e.g., softer for seniors, stricter for peak May to June, or adding a 5% service fee), or if you'd like to align it with a specific vendor (e.g., to match IRCTC-style), please share the details, and I will refine it.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email or WhatsApp) to us. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 to 30 working days after the deduction of charges.
- No refunds will be issued for "no show" or partially unutilized services.
- Cancellation Charges (Per Person / Total Package Cost):
- More than 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total package cost (administrative and processing fee only).
- 30 to 45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost (covers advance bookings for hotels and vehicles).
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost (covers major vendor commitments such as guest houses and pony/helicopter slots if booked).
- Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: 100% of the total package cost (non-refundable – full retention due to fixed arrangements).
