Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi- Haridwar (210 Kms, 5-6 Hrs)
  • Pickup from Delhi Railway Station/Airport
  • Drive to Haridwar
  • Upon arrival, check into the hotel
  • Evening visit to Har Ki Pauri for Ganga Aarti
  • Overnight stay at the Haridwar hotel
  • Post breakfast, start the drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie.
  • En-route, enjoy lunch (at your own cost) near Mussoorie.
  • Continue the journey to Barkot.
  • You will reach Barkot by evening.
  • Upon arrival, check into the Barkot Hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Morning after an early breakfast, head off for a 45 km drive towards Janki Chatti.
  • Upon arrival, begin your 6 km trek towards Yamunotri.
  • After paying homage, trek back to Janki Chatti in the evening.
  • From Janki Chatti, our driver will take you back to Barkot.
  • Enjoy an overnight stay at the Barkot Hotel.
  • Begin the morning with a 100 km drive to Uttarkashi.
  • Upon arrival at Uttarkashi, check into a hotel.
  • In the evening, visit the Vishwanath Temple.
  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Drive to Gangotri early in the morning.
  • Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the sacred waters of the Ganges (also known as Bhagirathi).
  • Perform the respective rituals and enjoy the splendid and serene surroundings.
  • In the afternoon, drive back to Uttarkashi and check into the hotel upon arrival.
  • After an early breakfast, drive to Guptkashi.
  • Take a lunch break near Molgarh, Tilwara, or Ghansali.
  • Continue your journey with a wonderful view of the beautiful Mandakini River.
  • You will reach Guptkashi by evening.
  • Upon arrival, check in to a hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
  • By Helicopter: In the morning, drive to Phata, Sirsi, or Guptkashi Helipad and fly to Kedarnath Ji Temple.
  • By Trek: Early morning, start by driving to Sonprayag (25 km) parking and hire a local taxi or jeep to Gaurikund (2 km). Begin the trek to Kedarnath Ji on foot, or use a palki or pony (own arrangement).
  • Upon arrival, pay homage at the holy shrine and then visit the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, located just behind the temple.
  • Overnight stay near Kedarnath Ji Temple.
  • Morning start: Down trek to Gaurikund
  • Fly back to Guptkashi/Phata/Sersi
  • Transfer to Guptkashi hotel via Sonprayag
  • Rest day at leisure
  • Overnight stay in Guptkashi
  • After breakfast, check out of the hotel.
  • Drive to Badrinath Ji.
  • Overnight stay at Govindghat or Badrinath.
  • Early morning drive to Badrinath Ji Temple for a visit to the main temple.
  • In the late afternoon, visit Mana Village, the first village before the Tibetan border.
  • Explore Bheem Pul, Byas Cave, and Ganesha Cave.
  • Later, drive down to Rudraprayag.
  • Overnight stay at a hotel in Rudraprayag or Srinagar.
  • Post breakfast, checkout from the hotel.
  • Drive to Haridwar via Deoprayag (Confluence of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers).
  • Visit Rishikesh, including:

  • Evening drive to Haridwar.

We booked our Chardham Yatra package (4 people - family) with Get Go Trip in Sep (Read More)’ 2026. We had a great experience with them. The whole team is friendly, polite and they accommodated well with our preferences of hotels and itinerary. The hotels we stayed in were also very comfortable - rooms were clean, food was fresh and views were filled with scenic beauty!! The driver was also very experienced, he drove smoothly and safely on risky roads, kept the car clean, always had real-time information about routes/ diversions because of landslides, and he also had amazing mid-way restaurants’ recommendations. Overall I would give Get Go Trip a 5/5 ⭐️

The cabs were clean, and the driver was courteous and cooperative throughout the trip. Additionally, the hotels were conveniently located, making it easy to visit the nearby attractions. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable travel experience.
The hotel on Mall Road was in an excellent location, making it very convenient t (Read More)o explore the Mall Road and nearby attractions. However, since vehicles are not allowed up to the hotel, I had to hire a porter to carry my luggage from Picture Palace to the hotel.
