• Pilgrims should carry only handbags, as suitcases cannot be accommodated in the helicopter. We recommend using the Operator Aviation travel bag.
• All temples in Chardham are situated in high-altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle for precaution, available at medical shops.
• Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. If there is a discrepancy in the weight at the time of travel that exceeds the aircraft’s weight capacity, the passenger will be de-boarded and the Helitour will be canceled without a refund.
• In adherence to COVID-19 guidelines, all necessary measures issued by state and central governments must be followed for the safety and health of all pilgrims.

Terms and Conditions

• Each passenger is allowed to carry only one bag with a maximum weight of 3 to 5 kg in the helicopter.
• Operator Aviation travel bags will be provided. Excess luggage can be stored at the hotel cloakroom.
• Children above 2 years old will be charged a full ticket.
• No concession tickets are available for children or senior citizens.
• Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the journey.
• If the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons, the journey will be rescheduled for the next available date, or the unutilized portion of the journey (Rs. 20,000/- per Dham per customer) will be refunded.
• Rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side will be treated as a cancellation, requiring a fresh booking, subject to seat availability.
• Passengers weighing over 75 kg must pay Rs. 2000/- per kg extra and Rs. 150/- per person for the shuttle from Phata to Kedarnath, payable directly.
• Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the journey date.
• Cancellations made before 20 days will result in a 50% refund; cancellations made before 15 days will result in a 25% refund.
• Any extra services (food, beverages, etc.) ordered by the customer will be at their own expense.
• Unutilized or partially utilized meals and services are non-refundable.
• Pilgrims must adhere to the itinerary.
• The company reserves the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• The customer must bear any additional tour costs in case of extended stay or travel due to unforeseen reasons.
• The company is not responsible for changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities or unforeseen reasons.
