Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi-Haridwar
  • Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, you will meet and be assisted by our representative.
  • Prepare for a drive to Haridwar (approximately 225 km, 4 hours journey).
  • Check in to the hotel in the evening.
  • Attend the Ganga Aarti at Har-Ki-Pauri.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie.
  • En route, visit Mussoorie Lake and Kempty Fall.
  • It is advisable to have lunch at Kempty Fall, as there are no good restaurants available before Barkot.
  • Later, drive straight to Barkot and transfer to your hotel.
  • The rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hill) Yatra to Yamunotri the next day.
  • Overnight stay at Barkot or Jankichatti.
  • After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti.
  • Begin the 6 km trek on foot to Yamunotri.
  • Upon arrival at Yamunotri, take a holy dip in Garam Kund.
  • Perform Pooja and Darshan of Shree Yamunotri Ji.
  • In the afternoon, start the trek back to Jankichatti.
  • Upon arrival at Jankichatti, meet the driver and drive to Barkot.
  • Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, depart by surface to Uttarkashi, an ancient land with a rich cultural heritage.
  • As the name suggests, it is the 'Kashi of the North' and one of the most picturesque towns in the Garhwal region.
  • In the evening, visit one of the oldest and most sacred temples, Shri Kashi Vishwanath.
  • It is believed that this temple was built by Parashurama.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay included.
  • After breakfast, depart by surface to Gangotri.
  • Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also known as Bhagirathi at its origin.
  • Perform Pooja and relax for some time in the pleasant surroundings.
  • In the afternoon, drive back to Uttarkashi for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi (196 km / 7 hours 25 minutes approx).
  • En route, you can see the beautiful Mandakini River at Tilwara.
  • The Mandakini River originates from Kedarnath; drive alongside the river to reach Guptkashi.
  • Visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptkashi.
  • Check into the hotel upon arrival in Guptkashi.
  • Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
  • Morning after breakfast, we will go to Kedarnath. To reach Kedarnath, you will have two options: trekking or by air via helicopter (at your own cost).

Important Information: Please Read

  • By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking, you first need to get to Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop you at Sonprayag. From Sonprayag, a 5 km drive to Gaurikund is available via local jeep, which guests can book directly at their own cost. The trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is a further 20 km. Due to the long trek, guests need to start very early in the morning. Please get a packed breakfast from the hotel to start early. Horses, ponies, and palanquins are also available for trekking at Gaurikund, which guests can book at their own cost.
  • After Darshan at Kedarnath, begin the trek down to Gaurikund.
  • Our driver will pick you up from Sonprayag.
  • Enjoy dinner at the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • Start the drive to Joshimath (approximately 155 km, 6-7 hours journey).
  • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
  • Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, leave for Shri Badrinath Ji Temple.
  • En route, visit Narsingh Temple and Adi Shankracharya Math at Joshimath.
  • Drive to Badrinath; upon arrival, perform Pooja and Darshan.
  • Spend time exploring around the temple.
  • Afterward, drive to Joshimath for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, start your journey to Haridwar/Rishikesh, an ancient temple city located on the banks of the River Ganga.
  • En route, see Deoprayag, which lies at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers.
  • Later, move to Rishikesh, check in to the hotel for dinner, and enjoy an overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, proceed to visit:
    • Laxman Jhula
    • Baba Kali Kamliwala Ashram
    • Geeta Bhavan
  • Later, start the drive back to Delhi (240 km, 5-6 hours journey).
  • Our representative will drop you at the airport or railway station to catch your onward flight or train.
  • Return home with sweet memories of the Chardham Yatra Holiday Tour.

  • The infrastructure in these areas is not well developed, and you should not expect or compare it with other developed destinations. There is often a shortage of water and power in this region, so you may encounter situations where water is supplied on a scheduled basis, typically from morning to evening.
  • Not all hotels in this region have generator facilities. In the event of a power failure, the hotel will provide candlelight.
  • Driving is not allowed after 07:00 PM in Chardham Dham.
  • Registration is mandatory for all travelers participating in the Yatra.
  • Rooms will be non-air-conditioned.
  • Air conditioning will not function in hill stations.

You are rating 1 star here and adding Pros NOTHING Cons EVERYTHING, So if you really faced issues in the trip just mention here, your (Read More)trip was gone very smoothly from first day to last day and we have booked above 3 star hotels as we mentioned on the itinerary at the end, and cut our balance payment 1840/- even though we didn't ask for that remaining amount, Because there was a sightseeing that was mistakenly mentioned by our sales executive, even though we mailed you and Holidify was on CC, your trip was exactly finished according to that mail. Customers like you if small issues faced ready to put reviews even after taking all services we would suggest you better to explain particular reasons.

Every detail—from the seamless transfers to the comfortable hotels—was handled professionally, and special thanks to our guide, Monica, for ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a completely stress-free experience, and we highly recommend them for a memorable, hassle-free holiday!
Our only minor complaint was at one hotel, where the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food sections were not placed well, causing some confusion.
