A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a
booking.
The remaining 70% of the tour cost is to be paid 0 days prior to
the tour start date.Any changes to the itinerary requested by the client may result
in additional charges.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel
documents and visas.The client is responsible for their own travel insurance.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for
any reason. In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund
will be issued.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

1. Standard check-in/check-out timing will be applicable as per hotel policy.

2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

3. Rooms will be provided according to booking category and availability.

4. Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be chargeable directly to the guest.

5. Meals included in the package will be served as per hotel fixed menu/timing.

6. Hotel may deny check-in without valid government ID proof.

7. Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

8. Similar category hotel may be provided if the selected hotel is unavailable.Vehicle

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation 15 days before journey: 10% cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation 7–14 days before journey: 25% cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation 3–6 days before journey: 50% cancellation charges.

4. Cancellation within 48 hours of journey: No refund.

5. Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

6. No refund for unused services during the trip.

7. In case of natural calamities, lockdowns, or road closures, refund will depend on vendor and operational policies.

8.No Extention will be given after Booking.
