Day 1 Arrive Paro from New Delhi / Kolkata & transfer to Thimphu

  • Before landing, glimpse the fertile valley of Paro, the Paro Dzong, and Paro chu (river).

  • Transfer to the capital city Thimphu.
  • Rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight at Thimphu.

  • Take three rounds and offer prayers.

  • Chimmi Lhakhang is associated with the divine madman, Drukpa Kinley.

  • Last stop for the day at the base of the Tigers Nest
