Day 1 Arrival at Bagdogra/ NJP and drive to Phuntsholing (Approximately 4 hrs. drive)
  • The Asia Valleys Tours & Travels (AVTT) team will be waiting at Bagdogra/NJP for a meet and greet.
  • Drive to Phuntsholing via the beautiful Teesta Tea Garden.
  • Enjoy an overnight stay at a 3-star hotel in Phuntsholing.
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the immigration office to obtain the passport stamp/permit.
  • Next, we will drive to Thimphu.
  • On the way, we will stop at Gedu for sightseeing, including:
    • Chuka
    • Wangkha Waterfall
    • Chonzom
  • Upon reaching Thimphu, we will check into a hotel.
  • We will spend the evening strolling around the town.
  • We will then spend the night in a 3-star hotel.

We loved everything about the trip. Me and my husband travelled to Bhutan and our request was a very last minute request but the Tour Manager Mr. Bharath ji ensured a completely hassle free and smooth programme for us. Right from taking care of our permits to ensuring our safety throughout the trip and also till we reached our home Bharath ji and his team ensured we had a great time. Also would li (Read More)ke to mention when I raised a request for Bhutan trip on Holidify me Bharath ji was the first tour operator who reached out to us with a perfect plan within 30 minutes. The rooms were great and spacious. We being vegetarians were little worried about the food , but thanks to Bharath ji and his Team they ensured taking great care of our curated meals in all locations. Special mention to our guide Sonam ji and Our driver Sidhdhart ji, we started as a team and always felt we were traveling as a team. Excellent services and warmth. We became more like a family during the trip. I would highly recommend Bharath ji and his team for all ages and all plans to Bhutan.
There was nothing during the entire trip that we thought could have been better. It was just the best trip we could have ever asked for.

We booked private tour and we are glad that we booked with asia valley. We enjoyed the entire trip and our 2 year old kid also enjoyed. Our guide and driver both gave 100% efforts for our comfort. If we again visit Bhutan then definitely will go with Asia valley.
