Further 12kms Visit The Baba Harvajan Singh Mandir. Later Back To Gangtok. Overnight Stay At Gangtok. - In case of bad weather conditions, landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances resulting in closure of Tsomgo Lake or other sightseeing points, alternate sightseeing will be provided wherever possible.
- Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), fuel price increases, or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne directly by the guest.

- 50% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 30–45 days prior to arrival.
- 75% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 14–30 days prior to arrival.
- 100% cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show.
- No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation acknowledgement, subject to deduction of applicable charges.
