Other Details

• Child rates are applicable for children aged 3–7 years. Children aged 8 years and above will be considered adults.
• Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The quotation is based on specified hotel accommodation and travel dates. Any changes may require a revised quotation.
• No services are reserved at the time of quotation. Services will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.
• Night surcharge may apply for transfers operating between 22:00 hrs and 08:00 hrs.
• Each passenger is permitted 1 suitcase and 1 handbag. Additional luggage may require an extra vehicle or additional charges.
• Standard Hong Kong hotel check-in and check-out timings apply.
• A refundable security deposit may be required by the hotel at the time of check-in.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during transfers and tours.
• In case of flight delays or schedule changes, guests must inform the service provider immediately.
• As per Hong Kong Government regulations, hotels may not provide disposable plastic toiletries or complimentary bottled water in guest rooms.

Payment & Booking Terms

• Minimum 40% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 60% balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
• Confirmation and rates remain subject to availability at the time of booking.
• No booking has been made at the quotation stage.
• Services will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.

• 50% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 30–45 days prior to arrival.
• 75% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 14–30 days prior to arrival.
• 100% cancellation charges apply if cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show.
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation acknowledgement, subject to deduction of applicable charges.
• Once confirmed, itinerary amendments may not be permitted or may attract additional charges.
