Day 1 Airport – Paris ‐ Indian Dinner ‐ Hotel
- Arrive at IGI Airport in Delhi.
- Meet your Tour Manager, who will assist you with the boarding process for your flight to Paris.
- Upon arrival at Paris Airport, our driver will meet you outside the airport.
- Board your coach and proceed to the hotel.

Day 2 Paris City Tour, Seine River Cruise & Eiffel Tower
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast, board the coach and proceed for a panoramic guided city tour of Paris.
- During the city tour, you will cover:

- After the city tour, proceed to the Eiffel Tower to visit the second level. Take a lift to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, a 324-meter-high historic monument built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Paris World Fair. Admire the magnificent 360° view over the city and explore this unmissable monument at your leisure.
- Later, board a one-hour cruise on the Seine River. Embark on a roundtrip cruise on the River Seine that begins at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Glide under the bridges of Paris and marvel at a succession of beautiful monuments along the waterway while listening to commentary about Paris and the sights you pass by during your cruise, including:

Day 3 Paris to Engelberg by Coach. Overnight at hotel in Engelberg.

Day 4 Excursion to Mount Titlis with Ice Flyer and lunch at the top of the Titlis & Lucerne city Tour
- After breakfast at the hotel, board your coach and proceed to Engelberg station.
- Arrive at Engelberg station and begin your beautiful journey to Mt. Titlis with a ride on the Flyer and lunch at the summit.
- Mount Titlis is located in the Swiss Alps, in the region of Central Switzerland.
- It is situated at an altitude of 3,238 meters (10,623 feet) and is a popular tourist destination, offering breathtaking views and a range of exciting activities.
- The mountain can be reached via a cable car system that includes the world's first rotating cable car, the Titlis Rotair, which takes visitors from the village of Engelberg to the mountain summit.
- At the top, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
- Return to Engelberg and board your coach for a city tour of Lucerne.
- During the Lucerne city tour, you can visit:

Day 5 Interlaken city tour from Engelberg with Lauterbrunnen village & Trummelbach Waterfall
- After breakfast, meet our tour manager in the lobby. Board the coach and proceed to Interlaken. Interlaken is a traditional resort town located in the mountainous Bernese Oberland region of central Switzerland. It is built on a narrow stretch of valley between the emerald-colored waters of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz.
- During the Interlaken city tour, you can visit:

- After the Interlaken city tour, board your coach and proceed to Lauterbrunnen village and Trümmelbach Falls. Arrive at the village of Lauterbrunnen, which is surrounded by mountains. A short walk through the village will take you to the local church, one of the photo stops on this tour. Take your time at the viewpoint of the Staubbach Falls, a 297-meter-high waterfall in the village. Visit Trümmelbach Falls (entrance not included). The Trümmelbach Falls are the world's only glacier waterfalls that are accessible underground by lift, galleries, tunnels, paths, and platforms. They carry the meltwater of the glaciers from the Jungfrau down to the valley, with a flow of up to 20,000 liters of water per second. The water carries over 20,000 tons of boulders and scree per year, causing the entire mountain to shudder and produce a thundering noise. Return to the hotel.

Day 6 Engelberg to Milan, Enroute Lake Como orientation tour
- After breakfast, check out from the tour and proceed to Milan.
- En route, we will cover a panoramic city tour of Lake Como.
- This journey takes approximately 5 hours.
- Lake Como is one of the largest lakes, with a surface area of 145 square kilometers, and it is the deepest lake in Europe, with a depth of 410 meters.
- It is located in the northern region of Italy, near Milan.
- During the tour, visit the historic center, the Duomo (Cathedral), and the Tempio Voltiano, among other attractions.
- Later, we will proceed to Milan.
- Upon arrival in Milan, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.
- After dinner, the driver will drop you off at the hotel.
- Check in at the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.
Day 7 Milan to Rome, Enroute Pisa orientation tour with packed lunch
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Rome. En route, enjoy a packed lunch while traveling to Pisa.

Day 8 Rome Guided city tour with Vatican Museum Photo Stop & Colosseum
- After breakfast, arrive at the hotel lobby and board your coach for a guided city tour of Rome, including the Vatican Museum, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Colosseum. Set off with your guide and stroll through the historic center to marvel at must-see attractions such as:
- The Trevi Fountain,
- The Colosseum,
- The Pantheon,
- Trajan's Column,
- The Victor Emmanuel II Monument,
- Piazza Navona.
- After the city tour, board your coach and visit the Vatican Museum for a photo stop, followed by entry to St. Peter's Basilica. St. Peter's Basilica is a magnificent church of the High Renaissance era located in Vatican City, the independent microstate enclaved within Rome, Italy. It is traditionally believed to be the burial site of Saint Peter, one of Jesus's apostles and the first Pope. As one of the holiest Catholic shrines, it is a major site of pilgrimage. Return to the hotel.
- In the evening, proceed for dinner at an Indian restaurant.
- Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9 Departure from Rome
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and the coach will drop you at Rome international airport. Board your flight to back to your home country with pleasant memories.

- 5% TCS and 5% GST will be applicable on the total cost. (As per the government's new rule, if you have not spent more than 10 lakh in a financial year on your international trip, then only 5% TCS will be applicable; otherwise, 20% TCS will be applicable.)
- The full amount must be paid for the flight.
- In case of cancellation, charges will be applied as per booking terms and conditions.
- The tour mentioned in the itinerary will be operated by a local supplier and may be canceled due to weather or operational issues. In that case, we will provide you with an alternate tour option or refund your tour amount.
- Payment Terms:
- Booking amount: INR 50,000 per person.
- The booking amount is non-refundable.
- 100% tour cost payment is required for all bookings within 30 days of departure.
- Pan Card is mandatory.
- The rate of exchange will be applicable at the time of final payment.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance by the client, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour/booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the company.
- Current rate of exchange is calculated at 1 EUR = 103. The final rate of exchange will be calculated at the time of final payment.
- The above rates include hotel, sightseeing, and transfers only.
- The above rates are valid for 24 hours and are subject to availability.
- We are not holding any of the above bookings.
- Important Notes:
- Airline & Airfare:
- Any increase in airfare due to an increase in fuel prices, changes in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.
- Passengers missing flights should note that the entire ticket is considered a no-show, and a new return ticket needs to be purchased by the passengers themselves.
- Passengers joining this tour must travel to/from the hub city at their own expense.
- Hotel:
- All hotels will be either around the airport area or in the outskirts.
- As a third person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds, and room size may be the same as the double room.
- A person aged 12 years and below is considered a child; above 12 years, an adult.
- Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
- Coaches:
- Most of your journey in Europe is by coach, and you are requested to keep the coach clean.
- Due to hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach; however, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
- Eating and drinking are not permitted in the coach.
- One check-in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
- In major European cities, there are parking restrictions for coaches, and it may not be possible to stop at all places during the city tour. The tour manager will try their best to stop the coach wherever possible for a photo stop.
- Due to private coaches being forbidden inside most European cities, as per EU norms to preserve them and avoid pollution and overcrowding, most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and on foot.
- Meals:
- Meals are pre-set, and à la carte is not possible.
- Visa Rejection: All clients traveling on an Abovo Travel Holiday tour must possess a valid visa. Clients shall ensure that the Visa Application Form(s) is duly filled and verified to their satisfaction before submission to the Embassy/Consulate. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate/Authorities to grant or reject a visa, even after submitting all relevant documents, and the company will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy?s decision. The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for a visa. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of a visa due to receipt of incomplete or delayed documents from the clients. It is possible that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview, which is at the sole discretion of the Consulate/Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of a visa will be further delayed or rejected, and the client will not hold Abovo Travel liable for the same. Clients should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy. Upon rejection of a visa, if the client wishes to reapply, they are liable to pay the requisite fee to the consulate again and will not claim reimbursement from Abovo Travel. In case of visa rejection, cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned in the cancellation policy.
- General:
- In case any member of the group tests positive for COVID-19, customers will need to unconditionally abide by, adhere to, and comply solely at their own costs and expenses with all laws, rules, notifications, travel advisories, guidelines, directives, and communications issued from time to time by all or any governments, authorities, ministries, departments, or local bodies in India or abroad, related to their tour to the foreign destination and/or on their return from the tour to their home destination in India or abroad, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols on quarantine, vaccinations, etc., or in connection with any other pandemic, epidemic, disease, condition, etc., which may be communicated by all or any governments, authorities, ministries, departments, or local bodies in India or abroad with or without notice at any point in time, whether at the commencement of the tour, during the tour, and/or on the completion of the tour, as the case may be.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group if the group does not have adequate members.
- A local representative or driver may only be present to assist you during the initial part of the tour.
- Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
- Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour; every country you travel to is prone to theft and bag snatching. Abovo Travel will not be liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.
- Disabled clients should carry their own wheelchair and should be accompanied by a qualified companion who can provide assistance to the disabled client.
- Abovo Travel shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever; all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
- Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of trains, airplanes, buses, ships, or other services.
- The tour manager and the company reserve the right to amend the itinerary, vary, or withdraw any particular departure or excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we may sometimes amend the itinerary; however, all services will remain the same.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour.
- All optional activities must be booked and paid for to the tour manager in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: All services, including airline seats, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for group tours, are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay all our suppliers and vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in providing services to you.
- You shall be bound by the cancellation charges, which apply whether the cancellation occurs at your own accord or due to any circumstances. The cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 60 days: Booking deposit forfeited
- 30-60 days prior: 50%
- 0-30 days prior: 100%
- Note: The tour will be operated subject to a minimum strength of 30 passengers.
