Detailed Itinerary
On arrival in Port Blair, our representative will receive you at the Airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. After a little refreshment/ Lunch, visit the National Memorial - Cellular Jail. After that, visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach - a coconut palm fringed beach about 8kms from Port Blair city, ideal for swimming, sun-basking, and bathing. In the evening, witness the enthralling Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail, where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Night: Stay in Port Blair
It will be an early rise for the group to head to Havelock Island by Luxury AC Cruise Liner from Haddo Wharf. Havelock is 57 kms from Port Blair & it will take 1.5 to 2 hours to reach at Havelock. Our representative will receive you at Havelock Harbor and transfer you to your respective Hotel/Resort. After lunch, go to explore Radhanagar Beach, which is a Grade A beach of outstanding quality. TIME Magazine also rated this beach as the best in Asia. It has an overall length of two kilometers and an average width of 30 to 40 meters. The sand is white and very fine in grain. Watching Sunsets are often spectacular from here. Overnight: Stay at Havelock
In the morning, after breakfast, the excursion to Elephant Beach starts. After 40 minutes (approx.) Speed Boat riding from Havelock Harbour to reach Elephant Beach. Carry plenty of Water, Dry Food, towels, extra clothes, Swim suites, slippers, sunglasses, etc. This beach is called a snorkeling paradise. Underwater activities like Sea Walking and Para Sailing (on a Direct Pay basis) are also done here. Before lunch, you will reach Havelock Harbor & take your lunch. After lunch, visit Kalapathar Beach, ideal for couples/honeymooners and small families who want to spend some time at the beach. In the evening, return to the hotel/resort. In the morning, check out of the hotel/resort, and then we will transfer you to Havelock Jetty for the journey to Neil Island by AC Cruise Liner. Our representative will receive you at Neil Harbor. Board the waiting vehicle & check in at the Resort. This beautiful Island with lush green forests and silver sandy beaches provides an ideal holiday for eco-friendly tourists. One can feel the serenity of village life here. After 20 minutes of a little break, you will be transferred to visit beaches like Laxmanpur, Bharatpur, & Natural Rock Formation at the seashore. After Breakfast, Check-out from the Hotel/Resort, we will transfer you to Neil Harbour for your return journey to the capital city Port Blair- Our Representative will receive you at Port Blair and transfer you to hotel/resort. Ross Island - from where the Britishers governed the entire A&N Islands before India’s Independence. This island is ideal for nature walks amidst sylvan surroundings with deer, peacocks, exotic birds, etc. In the afternoon, return to Port Blair. Night: Stay in port Blair

- Port Blair, Havelock & Neil Island Hotels/Resorts have early check-out times. Guests are requested to note this accordingly at the time of booking. We do not have any control over this and request guests to cooperate.
- Each hotel/resort allows only one extra bed in the room.
- The flow of the itinerary and hotels envisaged is subject to change depending on availability. In case the mentioned hotels are not available, alternate hotels will be used.
- It is mandatory to carry a photo ID card while on tour. Some hotels do NOT accept PAN cards as valid photo ID documents.
- No refund for non-utilization of any rides/services.
- All outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and at the sole discretion of the resort/hotel/service provider.
- The vehicle is not available on a disposal basis. It will be used exclusively for the group till the end of the tour program as per the specified itinerary each day. Guests requiring a vehicle for their own purposes must bear the cost as per market rates.
- In case of early morning ferry/cruise departures to Havelock/Neil Island, packed breakfast will be provided to the group.
- Our Tour Manager will explain the tour program after arrival.
- The tour program may be shuffled due to inclement weather conditions.
- Schedules of Booking: Notify preferable 60 days in advance.
- Initiation of Bookings: Bookings for the tour will begin only upon receipt of advance payment.
- Payment Terms:
- 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% payment must be cleared 10 days before arrival in Port Blair.
- Additional Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred during the tour, due to administration levies, additional services, or tour extensions desired by the guest, will be charged extra and payable before completion of the tour.
- Rates: All domestic hotel/resort/transport/cruise rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to change without prior notification. Revised rates will be charged extra.
- Liability: All arrangements made by “WE” are in the capacity of an agent only. "WE" will not be liable for any claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights/cruises, or acts of force majeure.
- A 35% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged.

- Peak Season (15 Dec – 15 Jan):
- No refund for bookings made during this period.
- In case of unexpected bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, if any ferry/cruise/helicopter service to Havelock/Neil Island and Port Blair is canceled, no refund will be entertained.
- All refunds are processed via the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except for cash payments, which are refunded through cheques.
- Refund initiation will be done within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request. Kindly note that it may take 7–14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated.
- Mid-tour cancellations are allowed; however, the amount is non-refundable.
- If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to natural calamities, “WE” shall not be responsible for providing any refund.
- No refund will be provided if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the services, including hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, or optional tours, due to any reason whatsoever.
