Payment Terms
Transaction 1: Token AmountA small token amount (as mentioned in the package) is required to lock the price and initiate the booking process.
- Payment can be made via Bank Deposit, Google Pay, or Paytm.
- A secure payment link is also available for credit/debit card payments.
Transaction 2: 80% Payment
- 80% of the total package cost must be paid within 4 days of booking confirmation.
- Accepted via NEFT or Cash Deposit.
Transaction 3: Remaining 20% Payment
- The remaining 20% of the package cost is to be paid at least 20 days prior to the travel date.
- Accepted via NEFT or Cash Deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 16 to 29 days before the tour start date: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date: 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited. No refund will be provided.
- No Show (non-arrival on the day of travel): 100% cancellation charges apply. No refund will be provided.
