• Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled tour departure date:
• 45 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charge; 90% refund of the total package cost.
• 30–44 days before departure: 20% cancellation charge; 80% refund.
• 15–29 days before departure: 30% cancellation charge; 70% refund.
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge; 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge; no refund.
• No-show or cancellation after the tour has commenced: no refund.
• Flight tickets are non-refundable.
• Important Terms:
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered effective from the date the request is received.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
• Any non-refundable charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, activity operators, or other suppliers may be deducted from the applicable refund.
• Certain special offers, promotional bookings, airline tickets, hotel reservations, permits, or activities may have different cancellation terms. The terms communicated at the time of booking will apply in such cases.
• Changes to the tour dates may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and applicable charges.
• In case of cancellation by the tour operator due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events, the refund or credit will be subject to the terms and amounts recoverable from the relevant service providers.
