- Hotel nights accommodation on a double/twin sharing basis as per itinerary.
- Meals as per the given plan.
- All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle on a sharing basis.

- Airport transfers - Airport to hotel and hotel to airport transfers are included unless specifically excluded by the client.
- Some airlines, such as Ryanair, charge for airport check-in but do not charge for web check-in. Airport check-in fees are not included in the package and cannot be reimbursed, so kindly do the web check-in in advance.
- A 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is applicable on specific parts of the package and is over and above the quoted package. TCS must be claimed by the client while filing ITR.

- All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, and airport departure tax are not included.
- Anything not mentioned under "Package Inclusions" is excluded.
- Entrance fees at some/all monuments and sightseeing spots are not included.
- Costs incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay due to flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any factors beyond control are not covered.
- Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Travel insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Sightseeing in most countries starts from a specific point, so clients may need to reach that point on their own.
- Transfers between hotels and train/bus stations, or hotels and ferry ports are not included unless specifically added upon request with additional charges.
- A small amount of city/hotel tax in different countries/states must be paid locally and is not included in the package.
- In case a cruise is part of the itinerary, a gratuity amount must be paid by the guest at check-in or check-out, which is not included in the package amount.
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost.
- 29–20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost.
- 19 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost.
