Exclusions

A 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is applicable on specific parts of the package and is over and above the quoted package. TCS must be claimed by the client while filing ITR.

In case a cruise is part of the itinerary, a gratuity amount must be paid by the guest at check-in or check-out, which is not included in the package amount.

I like everything . Each and every day and every thing was awesome. the cars were very clean and drivers were very helpful. The tour guide they give us was khadeeja yaasmeen , she told us every detail of dubai and help us in shopping and sightseeing. Then the bus driver was of very good nature.My manager,saavi verma and sonam mam was very helpful and they stay connected with me till end of tour. One of the best tour and travel providers. We booked a Bali trip with them, They did excellent work, and everything was perfect including flights, hotel, sightseeing, and local drivers. My kids loved the duplex hotel room and were so attached to it.

Worst experience ever, they have cheated with us , with wrong promises, booked wrong hotel … when we change hotel ourselves they promised us refund , its being more that 6 months and no refund plus th (Read More)ey stop picking our phone.

So we did a Europe trip with Besten. Honest and transparent bunch of people. Costing was competitive and better than other operators. Quality of hotels and sightseeing packages was great. Arpit organi (Read More)zed the tour pretty well for us. We had a great time. Would surely recommend to others.
Nothing as such...maybe adhere to better timelines or better communication on timelines of handing over of vouchers of pks. Overall I was good.

We had taken a trip for Turkey, a few of the hotels were really bad, which lacked the basic amenities. In some places they gave us walking tours , it is only possible if your hotel is in the central l (Read More)ocation or located nearby these monuments. They need to do some research before planning these tours. In the itenary we had Kusadasi as our last place of visit in Turkey but we were kept in Manisha which is around 33 kms away from Kusadasi. I fail to understand why they did this. When I called them up the person replied that the hotel is good. When you visit a foreign country our main objective is to see the place and not stay in a hotel room. Though their transfers from the airport to the hotel was good., but in two places they did not give us any transfers . They said they would refund the money, but there is no news from their end. Whatever is given in the itenary there is a lot of variation in the actual trip. They send all the vouchers at the last moment so that you don't have enough time to go through as you have a flight to catch. I would not suggest anyone to travel through this agency.
