Day 1 Guwahati → Nameri National Park

Your Arunachal adventure begins with a scenic drive from Guwahati towards Nameri National Park, located near the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas. Enjoy a guided jungle walk through Nameri and relax at the resort amidst nature.

Enjoy early morning river rafting on the Jia-Bhorelli River before heading to Dirang. Visit Dirang Monastery if time permits and take a stroll around Dirang town.

Begin a spectacular road journey to Tawang, crossing the Sela Pass and visiting Sela Lake and Jung Waterfall. Pay respects at Jaswant Garh War Memorial before reaching Tawang.

Explore Tawang Monastery, visit the Giant Buddha Statue, and shop at Tawang Local Market. Spend the evening relaxing in Tawang.

Travel towards Bumla Pass and visit P.T. Tso Lake and Sangetsar Lake. Return to Tawang after the excursion.

Check out and begin your return journey to Bomdila, visiting Bomdila Monastery upon arrival.

After breakfast, check out and descend towards Assam, concluding your tour in Guwahati.

Had an amazing Meghalaya trip with Rising Trills!
