Package Policies
- Accommodation in rooms on a double or triple sharing basis at hotels in Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island.
- Meal Plan: CPAI (Room + Breakfast)
- Assistance at all arrival and departure points.
- Welcome cake on arrival.
- Complimentary candid photography.
- Complimentary snorkeling at Elephant Beach.
- Sightseeing in a private air-conditioned vehicle as per the itinerary, including airport pick-up and drop.
- All side private cruise charges (Port Blair – Neil – Havelock – Port Blair) via NAUTIKA, MAK, ITT, Sea Link, Green Ocean, or Aashi.
- Travel assistance by DTT Experts in all the islands.
- 5% GST included.
- Any airfare, train fare, or overland journey not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Personal nature items like laundry, bar bills, camera fees, tips, etc.
- Vehicle not at disposal on any of the islands.
- Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the suggested tour itinerary.
- Costs incidental to any change in the itinerary due to flight cancellation, weather conditions, or factors beyond control.
- Peak season supplement of 10% applicable from 15th Dec to 15th Jan on premium and luxury category packages.
- 30% of the total package cost as a token amount for land arrangements.
- Full payment for flights is required upon booking.
- The remaining 70% of the total package cost is due upon arrival in Port Blair.
- For urgent bookings (less than 15 days before travel), 50% of the total package cost is required.
- Payment invoices and vouchers will be delivered via email.
- Rates are valid until 15th Dec 2022 and from 15th Jan to March 2023.
- Hotels will be provided from the list; if unavailable, a similar alternative will be offered.
- Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Premium, and Luxury refer to hotel categories, not room categories.
- All water activities are subject to weather conditions.
- Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions; alternate arrangements will be made if necessary.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- Union Territory “Andaman & Nicobar Islands” is under the restricted area category; carry valid photo ID proof.
- All Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island hotels have early check-out at 0800hrs.
- The itinerary flow is subject to change due to weather or operational reasons.
