Rates are per person, based on one double room (two guests) on the MAP meal plan (breakfast and dinner).

• Vehicle: One Dzire or similar, on a point-to-point basis only (not at disposal).
• Hotel timings:
  • Standard check-in time: 12 PM.
  • Standard check-out time: 9 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
• Sightseeing timings and guidelines:
  • Cellular Jail: Last entry at 4 PM; closes at 5 PM.
  • Light and Sound Show: 5:50 PM and 6:50 PM.
  • Ross Island and North Bay Island: Guests must reach the water sports complex between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM to board the boat. If the boat is missed, guests must pay extra charges to take another boat, subject to availability.
  • Radhanagar Beach: Last entry at 5 PM; closes at 6 PM.
  • Kalapathar Beach: Last entry at 5 PM; closes at 6 PM.
  • Elephanta Beach: The tour coordinator will advise on timings depending on the situation (crowds, weather and sea conditions, etc.).
  • Howrah Bridge: It will be covered on the day of arrival at Neil Island or on the next day, depending on high and low tide timings.
  • Baratang: Guests should depart from the hotel at 4 AM or 6 AM; otherwise, there is a high possibility of missing the convoy (convoy timings: 6 AM and 9 AM).
  • Mud Volcano: It will be covered using a separate non-AC car, which is the only type available for this location. The driver will coordinate this with the guests. Guests must walk approximately 500 meters to 1 km through hilly terrain to reach the Mud Volcano.
  • For any other sightseeing timings, the tour coordinator will guide you. Please cooperate.
  • If any of the above sightseeing is closed due to weather conditions, sea conditions, or any other reason, alternate sightseeing of the same value will be provided, or the same amount will be refunded.
• Boats, ferries, and cruises:
  • All boats, ferries, and cruises are on a sharing basis.
  • If guests have a morning ferry or cruise for an inter-island transfer, please ask the hotel for a packed breakfast (as per the hotel's policy).
  • Guests must reach the designated place on time to catch the boats, ferries, or cruises. If they miss them, they must pay extra charges to take another, subject to availability.
  • All other cancellation policies (e.g., sightseeing ticket and hotel cancellation policies) will apply in case of ferry or cruise cancellation due to technical, weather, or sea conditions.
  • Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made if sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restrictions. However, no refund will be given for non-sailing of the ferry, and the cancellation policy will apply.
• General information:
  • Tourism infrastructure in the Andaman Islands is not highly developed and should not be compared with that of other developed destinations.
  • Network disturbances may occur on the islands. Guests are requested to coordinate with the drivers or tour coordinator regarding pickup and drop timings for sightseeing and inter-island transfers. Carrying BSNL and Airtel SIM cards is recommended.
  • Power shortages are common on the islands.
  • Cars in the Andaman Islands have no luggage carrier, so please pack luggage accordingly.

• The cancellation policy follows the hotel and ferry policies.
• Ferry sailings are subject to weather conditions.
• No refund will be given if the ferry does not sail; any such case will be governed by the cancellation policy.
