- Peak season bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year) require full payment in advance.
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show: No refund.
- Note: Written cancellations sent on Sundays will be processed the next working day (Monday).
- Liabilities & Limitations:Hikes in entrance fees, taxes, or fuel costs may result in additional charges.
- Our organization acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
- Schedule changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or participant ability.
- We are not responsible for losses, injuries, or damages caused by unforeseen incidents, natural hazards, or delays.
Travel Insurance:
- Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance to cover accidents, sickness, theft, or other unforeseen events.
- Unforeseen Circumstances:
- We are not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen events like landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather.
