  • Payments: Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
  • Full payment must be made before departure or upon arrival but prior to the commencement of services.
  • Peak season bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year) require full payment in advance.
Cancellations:
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour cost.
  • 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
  • 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show: No refund.
  • Note: Written cancellations sent on Sundays will be processed the next working day (Monday).
  • Liabilities & Limitations:Hikes in entrance fees, taxes, or fuel costs may result in additional charges.
  • Our organization acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
  • Schedule changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or participant ability.

I had amazing experience with the tour package bought from Elite Tour Itinerary! (Read More) We had an absolutely wonderful time on our 4-night, 5-day Pilgrimage & Leisure tour managed by Elite Tour Itinerary. The entire trip from Madurai to Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari, and our final drop at Nagercoil was seamless and incredibly well-organized. The AC Kia Carens provided was comfortable and perfectly suited for our family. A special shoutout to Mr. Guru and tour manager Mr. Abhishek, for his brilliant coordination, and to our driver, who was extremely well-mannered. He navigated the routes beautifully and guided us to excellent local restaurants for our meals. Every destination was a highlight—from the breathtaking darshan at the Meenakshi Amman Temple and the unique rituals at Ramanathaswamy Temple, to the unforgettable sunrise at Kanyakumari and the scenic ferry ride to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. The accommodations booked at Hotel Rajadhane, Hotel Ashoka, and Hotel Temple Citi were comfortable, clean, and provided great hospitality. We had a very good experience with 7C Destinations during our South India family (Read More) trip covering Trivandrum, Kanyakumari, Rameswaram and Madurai. The trip was memorable, and my parents were happy and comfortable throughout the journey. A special thanks to Rashmitha for being so supportive, patient and responsive. She was always ready to help and tried her best to resolve any issues we faced. Overall, the trip was well managed, and we got to enjoy many beautiful places and create wonderful family memories. Thank you to the team for making this trip special for us.
One area that could have been improved was the driver's knowledge of the destina (Read More)tions and the overall itinerary. We expected the driver to have a better understanding of the places we were visiting and to provide some basic information and guidance. However, most of the time, we were only dropped off at the locations, and we had to ask questions ourselves. In places like Kanyakumari, Rameswaram and Madurai, the driver was unable to answer many of our questions. Having a knowledgeable driver who could guide us better would have made the experience even more enjoyable. Apart from this, we had a good trip and appreciate the support provided by the 7C Destinations team.

All accommodations were pretty good. The driver was also very helpful. The veh (Read More)icle was very good. Mr Bala Subramaniam of Apollo Tours gave us a detailed itinerary of all the places we were supposed to visit. He was in touch with us on and off to enquire about our comfort. That was really very nice of him. As per the programme we visited all the places acvording to the schedule.
The towels supplied at Rameswaram was pretty old. They should change the towels (Read More) at least once a year. We missed Kovalam beach as the driver took us just behind the hotel. That place was actually meant for bus parking. In fact we asked the driver why no crowd at all and it looks very small. We came to know about it once we reached our friend's house in Trivandrum. It is a great loss for us. I do not blame the Tour operator as he has clearly mentioned lighthouse beach at Kovalam.. It is a deliberate mistake on the part of the driver.
