Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Gangtok - Explore Local Markets

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Gangtok.
Check in at your hotel and enjoy a leisurely evening.
Explore the beautiful and quaint hill town, which is adorned with charming monasteries and breathtaking landscapes.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir

After breakfast in the early morning, begin the day with an excursion to Tsomgo/Changu Lake and Baba Mandir.
Tsomgo Lake is renowned for its calm, serene waters and picturesque beauty.
It is one of the holy lakes in the region, featuring a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva built on the lakeside.
Primula flowers and other alpine plants enhance the pristine beauty of this location.
The lake is covered in snow and remains frozen until April.
Note: The Nathula permit is not included in the package, as it is an optional sightseeing option that can be arranged on a direct payment basis.

Day 3 Gangtok Full-Day Sightseeing

After breakfast in the morning, start the day with a full day of local sightseeing.
Visit the following attractions:
- Ganesh Tok
- Hanuman Tok
- Tashi Viewpoint
- Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (closed on Sundays)
- Flower Show
- Do Drul Chorten Monastery
- Namgyal Institute of Tibetology
- Ropeway
- Bhaktam Waterfalls
After sightseeing, return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free.
In the evening, you are free to stroll around MG Road or the local market.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 4 Depart from Gangtok, Tour Ends

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel.
Drop at Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station to catch your onward flight/train back home.

Once more, I want to express my gratitude to Jeremy Travels and Binay in particular for making this trip possible. Everything went perfectly, including the organisation, planning, and excellent driver (Read More) (Passang). Binay welcomed us warmly in Rangpo, Sikkim, while donning the customary ceremonial scarf (Khada), which symbolises purity and compassion. A tour of 8 nights and 9 days includes stops in Gangtok, Lachen, Lachung, Peling, and Darjeeling. Must see Baba Mandir, Tshango Lake, and Nathula Pass. At Zero Point, Kalapathtar, and Gurudomgar Lake, I had incredible experiences (Live Snowfall).
