Cancellation Policy (Land Package)

• 31 Days or More Before Arrival: 20% of the total package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
• 16–30 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
• 6–15 Days Before Arrival: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.
• 0–5 Days Before Arrival / No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Booking Policy

• 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival or as mutually agreed in writing.
• Hotel rooms, vehicles, and other services are subject to availability until the advance payment is received.

Important Notes

• Standard Hotel Check-in: 02:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 Noon.
• No refund or compensation will be provided for unused services, including accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or any other package inclusions.
• No amendments or date changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.
• Meals will be served on a buffet or fixed menu basis, subject to hotel policy and occupancy.
• Children below 5 years are complimentary without an extra bed.
• Only Postpaid or J&K-issued SIM cards work properly in Jammu & Kashmir. Prepaid SIM cards from other states may have limited or no connectivity.
• Air conditioning in vehicles will remain switched off during hill drives as per local regulations.
• Vehicles are provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and are not at disposal.
• During winter, hot water may be available only during specific hours as per hotel policy.
• If the confirmed hotel is unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, a similar category hotel will be provided.
• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, government permissions, and local union regulations.
• If Gulmarg Gondola Tickets are included in your package, their booking is subject to availability. In case tickets are sold out, suspended, or unavailable for your travel date, an alternative sightseeing option such as Drung Waterfall will be arranged. Any refundable difference in Gondola ticket cost will be adjusted or refunded, wherever applicable.
• The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by adverse weather, flight delays/cancellations, road closures, landslides, natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• Guests must carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID throughout the journey.

Destination-Specific Conditions Gulmarg

• Vehicles are permitted only up to the designated parking area as per local union regulations.
• Guests may be required to hire pony services or local union cabs to reach the Gondola boarding point at their own expense unless specifically included.
• Waiting time for Gondola rides and local transport may be longer during weekends and peak travel periods.

Pahalgam

• Outside vehicles are not permitted to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari, and Baisaran Valley due to local union regulations.
• These sightseeing points are included only if specifically mentioned in the package.
• Otherwise, guests must hire local union taxis at their own expense.

Sonamarg

• During winter, road access beyond Gagangir may remain closed due to snowfall.
• Visits to Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point require local union taxis or pony rides at additional cost unless specifically included.
• Access is subject to weather and government permission.

Doodhpathri

• Private vehicles are allowed only up to the designated parking area.
• Internal sightseeing requires local union vehicles or pony rides at additional cost.
• Accessibility depends on weather and seasonal road conditions.

Yusmarg

• Vehicles can reach only up to the designated parking point.
• Internal sightseeing may require walking or hiring local pony/local transport at additional cost.
• Services are subject to weather and seasonal operations.

Force Majeure

• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, alteration of itinerary, cancellation, or additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, landslides, floods, snowfall, adverse weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations, road blockages, strikes, political disturbances, medical emergencies, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Professional Tour Guide – 1,000–1,500 per day
• Pahalgam Union Taxi (Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari & Baisaran) – 2,500 per vehicle (Up to 5 Passengers)
• Pony Ride to Baisaran Valley – 1,500–2,000 per person
• Sonamarg Union Taxi (Zojila Pass & Zero Point) – Up to 5,000 per vehicle
• Gulmarg Gondola Phase I (Gulmarg–Kungdoor) – 810 per person (Subject to Availability)
• Gulmarg Gondola Phase II (Kungdoor–Apharwat) – 1,010 per person (Subject to Availability)
• River Rafting (Lidder River / Sindh River | May–September) – From 1,500 per person
